Saw the episode. I love EDury and EBhim - both very powerful actors. Their roar fest at the beginning was fun to watch.

We had a long discussion on Mr. Pratikarmin, He was shown today albeit faceless. Dushy behaved like a typical Bolly villan today

Gandhar naming her kids - she seems to have used a lot of Dur names and so many repetitive ones.

GoLi - Lovely defence of Bhim.👏

Accusing Bhim of killing so many seems strange. Didn't all the major warriors, Bheeshm, Dron, Karna, Arjun etc kill a lot of people. Or is it that Bhim was the one to kill maximum family members, hence special accusation for him?

I did not like making Bhim have a complex regarding his brothers

EGandhari - someone shut her up please.

Few episodes back we had a KaJu - I'm better than u' word fight. Today we had DurBhi say the same thing. When Yudhi's turn comes, Who is he going to fight with 😕

The twins get killed off yet again.😭

Loved the ending BhimDi

On a lighter note - I would love to see EPanchali smile. I like her attitude.

Never mind what convoluted logics of C'gupta /serial says ; Bhima is a hero, one of the greatest mace fighter and the most coveted husband ,☺️ who could cook!!

The upanishadic significance between Agni and Vayu was well explained in serial , otherwise also fire needs oxygen to burn , an experiment which we do in schools and at home 😊
Draupadi/ agni is eloquent because she has vayu/vital breath/ Bhima supporting her, no strings attached ; he is always there for her (taittereya Upanishad)
Swargarohana/Mahaprasthanika was filmy ; if Draupadi is speech and Bhima is vital breath as it is deciphered , then, the moment speech/ draupadi died , it/ she got merged with the breath/bhima ( that is why only he breath/Bhima and soul/Yudi are speaking) the other senses, eyes, ears ,mind also got merged with the soul and so the test which Yudi , the soul gives is a collective test and not an individual one and its natural that soul will outlast other senses.

By the description of Bheema given here, I think the DK Bhim matches it more than the ⭐️Bharat one.
I don't know why most of the time he is represented as a fat gluttonous fool when in fact he was such a learned and gifted warrior, not to mention an awesome family man. ⭐️Bharat took it one step further and used him mainly for comic relief in the earlier episodes😡

kya karein, kaliyugis are so simpleminded that they don't understand the real epic.

Gen the CVs tend to underestimate the audiences. Am pretty certain, Kaliyugi or not, all ⭐️B watchers would have been very happy if ⭐️Bheem was shown to be a big guy and fun, but handsome and thoughtful as he was in the epic.

The destruction of all Kaurava bros needed to be addressed, but am unhappy that CG didnt accept the explanation. I thought Keshav raised a very valid point. I can even understand him kicking Dury after he was down, but dont condone it. I just dont understand his cruelty to Dushy. There were other black hearted dudes in the epic, but Bheem made quick kills of them. Makes me wonder if Bheem's strangely blood thirsty behavior in that episode might not have been written in later.

My understanding is that earliest available documented version of MB that we know of was written somewhere prior to Gupta period. So, lots of people had time to add stories

John Brockington believes the Ramopakhyana in Mbh is much older than he Ramayana available now. Ramayana is believed to be resurrected in the Gupta age , drawing parallel between Skanda Gupta and Rama Mbh had undergone some changes during the rule of Vattsa Pandavas- Descendants of Parikshit that is several generations after Pandava rule and they did it to assert their political importance over their other Pandava cousins plus Buddhist views have also been added in Shanti, Anushasana parva and the mongoose story in Ashwamedha is also a Buddhist influence
This is the view of Colonel Todd in his gazetteer Annals of Rajputana

ISTA states MB in the original form, probably ends with that surreal mongoose story
