Saurav does not know. But over the years he's become so protective of her & knows how she doesn't like to be touched/ hugged.
Dolly knows it. When she came to know? I think the night it happened, 8 years ago. Yes she too kept it a secret but Nisha must've asked her to. And Dolly 'understood' her better than the rest of the cousins that's why! 😊
Who else knows? Jwala, RL, Dada, Dadi, her counselor, Viraj and Shekhar. Rest no one else.
