{{RECAP: Rahul and Dhruv convince Shlok that he needs to befriend Aastha, so that he can keep a close eye on her. For that they invite Kavya to their room and ask Shlok to be nice to her. Shlok immediately falls in love with the cute little girl, who somehow reminds him of Aastha. As per the boys anticipated, Aastha also comes to their room in search of Kavya. Later, the boys add vodka to Aastha's and Shlok's drinks and they feel lightheaded and tipsy. The boys take Kavya out of the room with the excuse of playing hide and seek, leaving the ex-lovers alone in the room. Aastha and Shlok laugh a lot and then Shlok confesses that he missed her a lot. Aastha pulls his cheeks, then kisses on his nose and tells him that she too missed him.}}

PART 7

Sh: I missed you Aastha..(pouts like a child)

Aastha's face fell and she too stopped laughing. She turned her gaze towards his child like face.

As: Awww..my poor baby..(pouts similarly)

She plucked his cheeks with both hands and pulled them outwards. Then she raised her lips and kissed the tip of his nose. Then she smiled naughtily and blurted out.

As: I too missed you, Shlok..

Aastha was looking into his eyes with her lovely doe like eyes in a breath-taking way. Shlok raised his right hand and caressed her cheek softly and she closed her eyes momentarily feeling dazed.

As: (softly) Shlok...
Sh: Hmmm..
As: (curious voice like a child)Are you going to kiss me now..?

Shlok smiled serenely and blinked in an innocent way.

Sh: (laughs softly like a kid) Yes..!

Then he closed his eyes and proceeded forward. When his lips met hers, she drew a deep breath and her fingers clutched onto the bed sheet. Shlok kissed her lips with all his pent up feelings of seven years. Even though he had dated a hundred girls before her, she was his last and final girlfriend and his only lover. He just lost his habit of chasing skirts after she had left him. In that dizzy state, Aastha felt like her soul was yearning for his kiss, for a long time. Deep inside, she knew, he was the only person, she had ever loved.

Shlok raised his left hand too and cupped her tiny face lovingly inside his palms. He then drank in her lips with so much love and passion. She felt her eyes moisten and tears streamed down her eyes. She embraced him with all her love and he was overwhelmed. He stopped kissing her and then hugged her back.

They sat like that on the bed for a few more minutes lost in the magic of their embrace. Suddenly, they heard voices of the children who were approaching the room.

Aastha opened her eyes in a jiffy and reality struck her like a whip lash. She pulled herself back from the tight hug and blinked uncertainly. Shlok was looking at her with confusion, and he too regained his senses. He thought miserably, "Did I just kiss her..?"

Sh: (looks down and blurts out) Oh my God..! (runs his hand along his hair apprehensively)

Shlok and Aastha arranged their positions in such a way that nothing particular had happened in the room. Aastha wiped her tear stained face hurriedly.

Kavya came running inside first.

Ka: Mummmaaa...

Then they heard Rahul's voice.

Ra: Kavya..Stop..
Dh: Oh no..Kavya..

The boys also came running in after her. They all were panting hard. Kavya wanted to see her Mumma suddenly while playing and Rahul and Dhruv were trying hard to stop her from getting inside the room. But now, finally they were all inside the room and the boys looked at Aastha and Shlok's faces. Both didn't seem happy at all and the boys looked at each other, feeling perplexed.

Aastha grabbed Kavya and left the room, mumbling a vague "good night" to the boys. Shlok watched her go. He didn't know he felt good or bad after that kiss. Rahul and Dhruv confronted their Chachu and were about to shoot questions at him. But Shlok didn't look at them and left the room without a word.

Ra: Dhruv, I guess they fought again..
Dh: Oh nooo..! (hits his head with his palm) So, adding vodka to their drinks didn't work..?
Ra: I don't know, Dhruv..But I have a feeling that our mission is going to fail..
Dh:(patting Rahul's shoulder) Don't worry Daada..Everything will be fine..

Shlok went off to his room and started pacing to and fro, feeling awkward. Lots of questions were popping inside his head. "What made me kiss her..? And why didn't she resist me..? All I had planned to do was to make friends with Aastha again, to keep a close eye on her, to find out her secrets and plan..But Kiss..??..Kiss was not in my agenda..Why the hell did we kiss..? We both didn't want to get into a relationship again, still we kissed..?"

Then his lips spread into a wide grin as he thought again, "But I am feeling a lot better after that kiss..I don't know why. But the main question is that why did she allow me to kiss her. Does she still love me, then..? Is there some love for me still buried deep inside her heart, which she doesn't want me to see. "

Then his smile faded and he let out a deep sigh when he thought, "But what difference does it make, even if she loves me. All I want now is to prove that Kavya is not my daughter. Aastha was my mistake and I must not repeat it again. All I should concentrate now is just to have a fake friendship with her, so that she can be watched closely, like Rahul and Dhruv said. "

Meanwhile, Aastha was lying on her bed with Kavya, who was fast asleep, snuggling close to her. She was not able to sleep after what had happened between her and Shlok, only some minutes before. "Why did I allow him to kiss me again, after all these years. Why do I always have to lose my control when I am with him. He is hard to resist. He always has been so. Neither could I resist his youthful charm and handsome persona, seven years back, nor can I resist him now, when he has grown up into the most handsome man I have ever met in my life. But I must not lose my resolve now. I am here for a reason and I must not forget that. A relationship with Shlok Agnihotri is not even in my list. "

Next morning, Shlok was sitting on his bed in his office-wear and was putting on his socks when Kavya came running into his room. She climbed on to the bed and hid behind him naughtily. Just then Aastha barged into the room angrily calling out her name.

As: Kavyaaa...

And she was rooted to the spot when she realized that it was Shlok's room. She glanced around to check where Kavya disappeared suddenly.

As: (nervously)Kavyaaa..(then looks at Shlok) I saw her coming inside this room..I didn't know it was yours..
Sh: (feeling nervous) Err..It's ok Aastha..She is not here..
As: Ok..

And she left from there as soon as possible. Shlok turned towards Kavya and put his arm around her tiny shoulder.

Sh: (kindly)Kavya beta..Why were you hiding from your Aastha Mumma..?

Kavya flashed her charming smile at him and started to speak in her sweet voice.

Ka: Mumma was trying to catch me..She wants to oil my hair..And I don't like it..(puckers her face funnily)

Laughing out loud, Shlok picked her up and placed her on his lap.

Sh: Even I hate oiling my hair, Kavya..!

Kavya covered her mouth with her tiny hand and chuckled sweetly. Shlok smiled widely and patted on top of her head with his hand. Suddenly she remembered something and jumped off from his lap and ran away.

Just then Rahul and Dhruv entered his room.

Ra & Dh: Good morning Chachu..
Sh: Good morning buddies..

They sat down on his bed on either side of him.

Ra: So, did you talk with Aastha Aunty yesterday..?
Sh: Err..Talk..? Hmm..Yeah..(smiles)We talked a lot.. (then thinks miserably, "but I don't remember what we talked")
Dh: (excitedly)So you became friends with her..?
Sh: Friends..? Yeah yeah..We became good friends..! (thinks "Hmmmph..Friends who kissed so passionately")
Ra: That is good, now you also can keep an eye on her closely. Ok then, we will continue with our spy work after you go to office.
Sh: Alright champs..Shall we go down for having breakfast now.
Rahul and Dhruv nodded and together they went downstairs.

From that day onwards, a familiar sensation regenerated inside Shlok. When he sat down for having breakfast, his eyes began searching for Aastha. But the funny thing was that he was not doing it intentionally. His eyes kept darting towards the door to the guest room again and again. He felt like he had gone back seven years of his life and his feelings were quite like he fell in love with Aastha for the first time when he was in college.

Just as he glanced at the door again, it opened and Aastha walked out holding the empty dishes after finishing hers and Kavya's breakfast. As of some intuition, Aastha's eyes darted towards Shlok's direction and she caught him staring at her. Shlok gulped and raised his eyebrows when he found himself caught. Aastha gasped when she noticed the way he was staring at her and she looked away immediately feeling flustered. Thankfully, Niranjan didn't notice any of this. But the boys were noticing everything. They high-fived each other from under the table.

Ni: Shlok, tonight I will be coming home late. I have a business dinner to attend, so you need not wait for me to come home in the evening after office.
Sh: Ok Baba..

Rahul and Dhruv looked at each other and they knew they had to make another plan to bring Shlok and Aastha closer.

Even at office, Shlok couldn't help thinking about Aastha and this irritated him to core. He was struggling hard to keep her thoughts at bay, yet he was failing badly.

After such a futile attempt, he just lost his control and he threw his paperweight down on the floor with so much frustration. He stood up and hit his clenched fists on his office table.

Sh: Damn you Aastha..! And damn that bloody kiss..!!

Hearing the noise, some of the employees peeped inside his cabin. His secretary walked inside and enquired "Are you alright, Sir..?"
Shlok looked around and calmed himself down.

Sh: (softly) Its nothing. You may go..

The secretary left him alone and he sank back into his chair.
Sh: I need to master control over my feelings for her. She is my past and I will try my level best to keep her away from my future.

Meanwhile, at home, Rahul and Dhruv were ready to weave their master plan. They were having lunch with Kavya and Aastha at the dining table. Like the previous day, she had prepared all the dishes for the kids.

Ra: Aastha Aunty..Why don't you have breakfast and dinner also with us..?
Dh: Why you always have them in your room with Kavya..?
Ra: Are you afraid of Azobaa and Chachu..?

Aastha smiled at their innocent questions and answered.

As: Your Azobaa and Chachu might not like it if I had food with them.

Dh: I don't know about Azobaa. But Chachu would love it if you also joined us for dinner.

Aastha choked while she tried to swallow her food suddenly feeling shocked. She drank some water and cleared her throat.

Ra: Yeah, tonight lets have dinner together. Azobaa is going out for a business dinner today. Can you please prepare some food for Chachu too. I am so sure that he is going to praise your cooking skills.

Dh: That is true, Aunty. Chachu will fall in love with your cooking like us.

Ka: (sweetly) Even I want to have dinner with him, Mumma..

Aastha was desperately searching for a way out of this mess, but unfortunately she couldn't find any.

Thanks Naina dear for a fabulous update! 😉 I am so sorry dear couldn't unres before as I am having my exams! 😭 Why do exams always come! 🤢

Okay coming towards the update, the kiss was wonderful dear, they put their true emotions in that kiss, it was sensational yet innocent and poignant!

Rahul and Dhruv again plotting to make them come closer! Keep up children! Sometimes children are more intelligent then us when we grown ups act foolishly the children are the most serious one with deep thinking! 😉

Azoobha out and now both are planning to make Astha and Shlok closer, poor Astha what to do and what not to do! 😆

Loved Kavya scene with Shlok 😆 I think now that Kavya is somehow's Shlok's daughter, both of them shares the same dislike of not liking to oil the hair!

But i could be wrong too, as I am not Shlok's daughter, but don't like oiling my hair too! 😆😆

Wow Naina beautiful update hmm our 2 little champs plan work out in a massive way Ashlok kiss after long 7 years gap . One kiss tigger all those emotions which was hide in deep of their heart n now with this kiss Shlok start feeling attraction towards Astha EBP 😉. He's trying his best to stay away from her but all this situation n our Cupid plans only falling his attempt.

NA's out for dinner n our 2 Cupid start their new plan by making Astha have dinner with them superb idea. Like Shlok-Kavya's cute moments she's an angle. Astha also fighting with her feeling n trying to keep away from Shlok let's see how she get out of Rahul n Dhruv master plan 😉.
