Okay dark dramas - u can try Numm,Sunnata.Shehr-E-Zaat,Talkhiyan.. Jackosn heights is not dark,it deal with complex issues but has delightful humor in it.

Ada Di too tried Numm and If I'm not wrong,she loved it.😳 first only go for the OSTs on YT and u wil see what the dramas stand for,it has ZERO romance going on.😉

I don't watch too many shows in their entirety. Pakistani shows, I tend to skip the family drama and the secondary characters and only watch scenes of the leads. 😆

BTW, Mehwish, can I say something if you don't mind? 😳I don't know why but I've noticed that Pak-Americans tend to more in touch with subcontinental culture than Indian-Americans. Just an anecdotal observation, so maybe you can shed light on it. Also, I've observed that Pak-Americans can speak their native tongues without too much of an accent whereas I've many cousins who can't do the same. What is your opinion?

Well these shows has really less epis around 18 mostly..maybe Sannata has 20+ epis. and I don't ever try family dramas.😆

Sure, I will do that and let you know. The family drama can be slow at times, so I tend to steer clear from that in any show. If the slant of the storyline is patriarchal, then I flee too.

Don't worry so much Mehwish..I m sure,I m having a good feeling SSEL wil survive this phase!😃
