Regarding Pragya - sexy is a state of mind. If there was any evidence that Pragya considered herself beautiful and was confident in her appearance, I would have no issue in her dressing as behenji as she chooses.

But, I get the sense that she's more the type to think "how I dress doesn't matter, I'm not all that much to look at anyway," or "I'll just dress to be comfortable, what's the point of trying to look hot when I don't want anyone's attention."

I want to her to feel good about herself; that doesn't mean she has to dress differently - but it might. I want her to take pride in her appearance, not be indifferent or negligent.

I want her to show that she knows she's beautiful - she doesn't have to show it off to the world by wearing some completely different style. But breaking out of her uniforms, or at least giving us an insight on why she wears those uniforms (who knows, maybe she decided "hey the one-colour, figure hugging look really suits me, I feel like a feminine diva goddess in my butterfly rainbow anarkalis, I'm gonna wear this all the time because I love it") so that we have some expression of her own understanding of her inner and outer beauty - well that would be much appreciated!!

And since yesterday I've been germinating a Pragya drabble on her deciding to dress better (in a way that makes her feel better, that reminds her that she is beautiful when she's just going about her daily business), for herself. Haven't got beyond the first two sentences of Pragya's thoughts as she looks at her sweet figure in the mirror though ;)
