Since it is a murder and not a natural death Durga and Dev will be taken as suspects. The bank in fact should stop all the transactions of Dayal's account as per law.

Premium account holders have a few privileges like they need not visit the bank but the bank will send its executive instead. In such cases the bank will call the customer first. It doesn't send executive without a prior appointment. The executive shall never hand over documents/keys or cheques to any other person other than the customer. He is suppose to take signatures of the customer which confirms that the person concerned has actually received his papers or keys. Even the courier wallah takes your signature for the same reason. 😆

Hindu succession act enables the successors to take over the property and other finances of the deceased but its not a cakewalk. It has a procedure to follow. This is done so that the authorities are assured that the deceased has no other immediate relative who can demand a share in his property. Even if the deceased had made a will before his death it needs to be shown in the court of law. The applicant needs to stand before the magistrate also.

Itna kuch hone ke baad hi you get your share. These are such basic things and still the writer has no idea about it.

The writer thinks audience has no clue of anything.

Maybe he assumes aunties and housewives are his target audience but frankly they are not this ignorant.

The writer was saying it's only human to make errors. But he made blunders. Not errors. And even humans do not make such blunders.

He is taking all seriousness away from both emotional and thriller parts of this story.

The so called powers that this show's characters have, even CM of WB doesn't have those!

Fans claim that the guy has not much time therefore such bloopers( read blunders) are inevitable.

But let me ask me what is he thinking ? He wants to bring Akram back ? FINE

He wants Durga to lose someone in the story ? FINE.

He wants to make Dev a hero ? FINE

wants some romantic chit chat ? FINE

Lets put them together in a better way. We know Durga saw Raj ransacking his own room. Also, she overheard Sakshi's conversation. Let her bring the original Akram in the story. Let Akram double cross both Mr and Mrs. Goenka and get both the tapes.

On the other hand Shaurya can plan an accident for Dayal and let Dayal be hospitalised. Durga can have one emotional breakdown here and Dev can officially now know that Durga is Nitya . They can together form a team and get the Goenkas this time.

There were many logical ways to handle story.

I do not buy any defense from fans for such lame scenes and tropes.

They behave as if it was the only way to go in EHT!😲

I think writers are desperately waiting for the show to end and are using their children's story books for inspiration. Hopefully they will be banned from writing in future

IMHO, the locker supervisor was even more of a dolt than the tharki Bank Manager.

The BM got mesmerized by Sakshi's beauty, still he was hesitating to hand over Dayal's locker key, but then he melted with her promise of opening an account in his vague bank. 😆 Sakshi took the key from him promising to pass it on to Durga when she woke up.

The BM gave it to her in good faith that she would hand it over to Durga.

But the Locker guy, what did he do? He let Dayal's locker be opened by a complete stranger, who doesnt have a joint locker or joint account with Dayal.

Did he check her ID, did he check her credentials as to how she was related to Dayal? Its mindlessly stupid! Its like anyone can open anyone else's bank vault as long as he/she has the locker key. 😆

Anyway the lockers looked more like school lockers. 😆

Pallavi , the locker guy let the locker to be opened by a complete stranger who has no relation with the owner of the locker because the stranger was " THE SAKSHI GOENKA" . No one dares to say no, never to her . One no and their fate is sealed 😉 😆😆
