Maybe you're right, like I said I haven't seen much save for tidbits and Ranveer's episodes- the one with Sonakshi was the most entertaining. I don't remember Kapil involving DP much, there was a skit with Kiku's character wanting to marry DP and a bit with Kapil's wife, PC left in the beginning of the Gunday special. And Pari sang quite a bit when she came with Sid.
The main point is I don't think star participation attributes to how well they gel with Kapil, he gauges audience reaction and takes it from there.
