Its like they realized this at the point when they both were becoming friends..They started having conversations and all..But suddenly when they started feeling something beyond friendship, when it became love- the conversation just went down the drain..Should'nt it be the other way around?

So here is to hoping for our show to come back..

PS- and a 5'o clock shadow RKB..I am getting tired of the beard and the clean shaven look does not really make my heart race😳😳😳

You know what...I have watched all kinds of soaps, desi to english..good ones to shitty ones too! soaps to reality shows to every crap! (I know i dont have a life!😆) I got on to YHM bandwagon very late...started watching it sometime in May (even though it started off in Dec) and just fell in love with the show! It was like instant love!

Then I gave up on all other shows as YHM set a such high standard for me in terms of acting, concept, approach, writing everything.. I just stopped watching other shows..and its no joke for someone like me who watched everything that comes on TV..Trust me it aint that easy giving up on other shows!😆

I just decided to watch only YHM and was happy with just one show!! I could connect it with so much. I was like following it religiously, ardently, with complete dedication and loyalty!!

But now with last few episodes, I dont know!!! I keep questioning myself...is it really the same show that i had fallen in love with?? 😕 Please someone tell me it is not the same!

I feel so completely disconnected. distant, feelingless..helpless..oh god i dont even know what I feel anymore for this show now!! or do i even feel anything at all for the show!!

(Clearly, there is some frustration i feel as you can see from my vent!)

I dont know..i feel as if its a heartbreak someone has given me . It feels crap!

Ah so much for the love for this one show..and this is what we as an audience get and this what it has come to become!!

Hope CVs just realize what a mistake they are making by ruining such a beautiful show which had such great connect and huge potential ..

this is called khud ke pair par khulaadi maarna.. They are ruining it with their own hands...Sigh!

It will really take a lot of time for me to recover from the mess i got into after watching this show..

i wish i had not gotten into it and stuck to my regular shows (where i dint have any expectations at all and watched it just like a dumb viewer..atleast they dint hurt! and i dint feel cheated !

Oh Jyoe! 🤗 You know I was in your shoes for another show in 2011-2012...my 1st Indian TV soap for which I joined IF, learned how to take captures, make edits/collages ..the whole 9 yards and that show was closed down suddenly because the male lead left...and the story never got a closure...I vowed myself off of Indian tele soaps and IF forum since a few months back ...on the recommendation of a friend I started watching YHM..but I promised not to come back to those crazy days...and then the Ruhi's 'You're the best Papa in the world' episode happened...and something touched me that day..moved me the 1st time in 2 years to make a collage...and after that gradually I got sucked back in the world of Indian soaps. But with a differnce, I still can keep a objective view of the show and stick to Ishra story and since I consciously prevent myself getting too attached to another show...I rarely loose my cool even when the majority of the forum is up in arms. I still believe in the show because even two days ago, they wrote an episode which touched my heart, still connect to the leads even if they are onscreen for 1 odd mins...hence I'm still here...that day I lose that, there will be no posts, no rants..I'll just quit.

Long post short, what I'm trying to tell you is that..let's hope for the best and hope beyond the wedding drama we'll get our old Ishra back...the journey of Raman Ishita will continue in its path. Since the writer is still the same...and actors still the same...let's hope for the best.

Thank You so much for this post! I always look at the positives of each episode as i ignore the negatives. BUT TODAY"S EPISODE was so boring. The Ishra scene was the only thing worth watching. I will still defend this show because it is still better than what is shown on tv.

Yes it's funny I do the same too...so inspite of every melodrama relating to Shagun wedding going on..nothing got a mention in my posts..until yesterday and then today just it became too much to bear...

I dont mind they do drama whatever...but within some kind of logical boundary ...not the kind they are doing now...which absolutely has no sense!

More than the show...which is at the end of the day FICTION...I worry about our country and the audience..

If such a beautiful show like YHM (11pm slot) had to get ruined to start show rubbish to please the so called 7:30pm slot audience - GOD BLESS the audience at 7:30pm who want this kind of crap.

Really I worry for the women, youngsters of our country...somebody needs to do something to correct/improve their tastes, self-esteem and priorities..

I hope they just realize on their own, as they seemed pretty sensible until recent days...Like Doc' post pointed out they have touched some very delicate and relevant issues in the story...and truly gave meaningful episodes around it...

About the slot addition and the content change baffles me in the way ...YHM can surely not be meant for the kitchen politics audience...it is also a very urban story...so why cater to melodrama loving crowd when the story is not such...they had already a good TRP while solely in the 11 pm slot...why the desperation for the 7:30 slot...it's just mind boggling...I'm not the TRP audience as I watch online so have no idea who are these 7:30 audience and if they feel they can't handle mature story...why move it there?

The issue you have raised about the content is very valid...a lot of 'creative liberty' is taken when producing these soaps...from outrageous sets, to gaudy clothes...and lets not even talk about jewellery or makeup, which are far far away from real life...nothing is real in them...that's why I loved that the bhallas lived in a normal looking flat rather than a flat that looks more like a mansion..etc...but now I wouldnt be surprised YHM goes that way too...

You can make a character look stupid, somehow I feel they take that liberty with Ishita in the name of showing her goodness... but what Mihika is going to do I can't even describe...🤢 Would you keep your dignity at stake for someone else.. whoever it is? Oh by the way... only yesterday they made it clear that Mihika was trying to stop the wedding, or all this long she was a pendulum wondering if she should enjoy the wedding for bechari Shagun (remember Karvachauth she lures Assoak home warna Shagun ka dil tooth jaata.../facepalm) or stop the wedding coz of Kameena Assoak...

If Shagun is Mihir's sister, she is Ishita's sautan.. and I have not one scene between the sisters where Mihika is guilty about the situation she has put her sister in ... not in one functions but all functions ...Sigh...Considering how this character was.. it makes me cringe...

Yesterday I saw the Ishra scene, today and tomorrow I am definitely skipping.

Doc... what you said - "Thank you for giving us a brilliant supporting cast," this was a big reason I loved this show apart from the leads and the kid...! When I look at some of the old episodes.. I just wonder what happened...

Nowadays... I watch the scenes on fast forward esp if Mihika and Shagun show up... Waiting for the makers to bounce back with what they had promised initially!!

And the other thing... if what they are hinting abt Bala's track... not sure if it is true... but is extra-marital affair the only problem a couple can face.../facepalm!!! I don't want Bala and Vandu the characters ruined here...waiting with fingers crossed!!

Raman being guilty I can understand... but pls pls dont stretch the track and emotions beyond which we stop feeling... I am hoping cliche is not how we are going ahead with the show...!

NOTE: My final grouse with the show... I may sound like a broken tape recorder here.. but... I don't want them consummating.. but pls get that couch out of the room...esp after tht scene where he convinces her not to sleep on the couch anymore... anyways may be they are trying to show Raman's conflicting emotions at this time.. but it just feels lame!

Janu ...thank you..you have raised all very valid points...every thing nowadays defy logic...otherwise why would Mihika spend Mihir's hard earned money on a wedding she doesn't want to happen in the 1st place..wouldnt that what a intelligent person think? or how about have Mihir/ishita/vandu or better Raman in the loop about it...why emotionally blackmail Ishita to attend the functions to keep shagun happy...i didnt get any logic...so I have skipped through most of those scenes...so I dont even know what other ridiculous stuff has happened. Shagun the other day tried to slap Ruhi and then yesterday Raman and Ishita are dropping her off for a sleepover and the girl is over excited about it? NO reasoning can make me see some sense into these...but I still ignored them as Raman Ishita moments were intact..and then today they chopped that off too..for what Assoak drama🤢

About the talk between the leads...god knows if that will ever take place...
I juts dont want to make another post😳...I agree with all your frustrations..
