@bluEyez I suggest print screen command to take a screenshot of video. And then topaz it for clear effect,probably use Edge Boost option coz it highlights the edges of the image... :)

Can someone provide me the links of GIMP and PS...but shud be a free download😉😆...and it shud work after installing it..as i tried two links...one was zipped file..which dint work even with Winrar...and one demanded the location of the file...i was not having any link...so my hard work went into vain😭...any version of PS wud work...😊

Yes,Windows Movie Maker is really a disappointment for VMs...It does not offer a variety of options...😆😆

Select Brush Tool. Right-click on your document. You will see a arrow-like thing in the top-right corner. Click on it. Go to Assorted Brushes > Append. There a lot of brushes available including stars and sparkles depending on what you want to use... :)

i wld suggest Sony Vegas, new version Vegas pro 13.0 is awesome and im learning on it to make some VMs on my Fav couples!!
