I'm sure he read some of the hateful tweets considering he was tagged in them but I hope it does not bring him down. Harshad has received much love from fans and he should be proud of himself to win best actor, like you I was not expecting him to win best actor but he did and that is huge! Nothing should take away a victory like that so early in your career. Hats off to him!

As for Preetika not winning, we are all mad about her not taking home best actress but to blame Harshad makes no sense! How is he responsible for something like that? I'm sure like fans he too did not expect such a victory but both Harshad and Preetika managed to win at the ITAs, which is big considering they are newcomers. These two have not even been in the industry for a year yet look how many awards they are winning and getting nominated for, I'm proud of both of them.

It really was unprofessional and totally not needed. If he wanted he could have tweeted a picture of the entire cast since you could see Neel there but instead he tweeted the one pic he knew would set fans off. Its sad too because there Harshad sat with his award in hand looking so happy and proud of his victory, rightfully so but the hate started pouring in and I couldn't believe some of the trash that was being sad. It is one thing to talk among yourself but to tweet tag those who have done no wrong here, it was just wrong! I do not want this to discourage Harshad at all because he deserved both wins, here we were worried if they would win at all and here he comes and wins two awards!

And you're right, not just winning, but to even be nominated in these awards is a big thing! Not everyone makes it to nominations itself! So the fact that they have been nominated in every award show and have bagged something or the other in each is huge! Not even a year since the show aired, and they have accomplished this much! I am definately a proud fan, and the people who bash them even when they are victorious shouldnt even be calling themselves fans!

Yes, it would have been difficult for him not to since I am sure he had plenty of notifications but in those notifications had to have been fans congratulating him. I saw some positive tweets sent to him and that should make him proud.

Exactly! They are newcomers, not even a year old and they got nominated in best actress/actor categories and best jodi? There is nothing more huge than that, well that is unless of course if you count their win. Harshad and Preetika continue to make history and I am so proud of them!
