Not a clear sweep Hari..
Majority - yes
but not that much ..so that they can form Govt here on their own.They are still 20-30 seats away from 144.
So they need alliance from ShivSena or NCP to form Govt.

As for change - Infrastructure change is needed , reduced corruption is needed & more importantly...the funds allocated for development were eaten by the some of big rulers here in city...but this time They fell hard. I am happy they are not in power .
