Some people are really blinded by their dislike of Deepika to even make an issue of this. Deepika did NOT bring up Katrina. She was asked about Katrina in the interview. It was the interviewer who painted Katrina in a bad light when he gave her as an example of an actress who is only a show piece in films. Deepika's answer was very diplomatic, non confrontational, and supportive. Deepika then went on to say how she can't talk about other actresses film choices and illustrated how she chooses her own films which are based on character driven roles. Deepika handled the question perfectly with grace and diplomacy. This is much ado about nothing.

Last i heard, Deepika's ex-boyfriend Ranbir is in a live-in relationship with Katrina and probably gonna marry each other in near future... imagine the discomfort for RK and Katrina that his ex. is still flaunting tattoo of the dead relationship and cashing it at every opportunity available. Now, DP is a top actress, she shouldn't resort to taking RK's name n tatoo for publicity. If you could not be happy yourself in a relationship, at least let RK and Kat be happy... what kinda revenge and attention seeking behavior is this? 🥱 it's 5-6 years now, she should move on 😕
