Calling Shabana Azami or Huma Kureshi will not have created an impact in eople's mind as did when Deepika, Ranbir or Imran, Varun waled the red carpet. Look we all are discussing it.

And Indians has this mentality of putting white/fair skin always on higher pedestal than their own people. So Catherine is no match for our young brigade.😕

But if, Ranbir was asked to talk with Robert Deniro then it is the perfect match. This again shows that certain social issues stems even in the minds of women.

I say why not this young brigade take over the reins of cinema. 😊 anusha, Priyanka, Parineeti and all should represent our BW because that what it is today.

Even if they'd call Katrina, she would have declined as she knows that she is strictly commercial and that she doesn't have the extensive knowledge of international films to have a proper discussion with Catherine D... Deepika should have realized that before she accepted.

A person from a theater background or somebody who does understand the art of filmmaking would have been better. Just having Aishwarya would have been so much better...since she has done many international and regional films so knows one or two things about global films. Or Irfan Khan.

And as sb mentioned, Anu Chopra is a wannabe critic. She forces british accent and expects to see great art in mainstream Bollywood movies.
