I don't think they are celebrating. I think India TV wanted to do a Karva Chauth segment for its audience and wanted AnSh to be a part of it. So they are including it.

In my opinion, we are not going to see any of it on TV. Unless Anandi deliberately keeps the fast to make a point to Palash the Painter...⭐️
