coz the project is based on racing event where we have to calculate the time for runner using DG machines and softwares ..so it takes time intially to set up everything.

yeah hope so ..otherwise i will leave that job 🤔 was doubg nore labour work thab technical coz of labour missing there 🤔

You started working Amit 😃 That's great news. Dont worry you will get used to it in a month.

Shobhi- Working hours are only on paper Shobhi and we dont even have a weekend since Saturdays are also working day in India.

90-95% work force work mondays-fridays. 37.1/2 to 40 hrs a week. Rest work on what they call continental shift where u work at weekend every so often but then during weekdays u have 2 days off.

Some get weekends to work every 3 weeks or so. all this on shift/rota basis.

also up to u if you want to do 60 hours in a week (12 per day) which some people do but u get paid for 60 hrs

Thats cricketer Sreesanth. He was involved in match fixing during IPL and banned from playing. Now, trying his luck at acting...lol
