Coming to the episode I couldn't enjoy the DEK scene much.Tansen seems to be more graceful and I'm sad md is made to do this.But one thing stood out today is the exceptional performance of RT and PS .I couldn't still get over it.Even now I'm in numb disbelief that Hasan is dead .It was so real and heart wrenching.

when he was begging for forgiveness

when jodha openly disobeys jalal

when jodha ran away with khyber

when jodha created a scene for the jaziya tax

all this were NRs

when people applauded and appreciated then

nothing much is different now

@bold: I dont understand your question here. Right now Jalal and Jodha are in pain and suffering. How can it be only Jodhas pain as both Jalal and Jodha are Hassans parents

Every one is sad and depressed about how a baby has been poisoned and feeling and sharing the sorrow with Hassan and Akdha.

How come None of Rukayas actions of disobeying, insulting her husband is not mentioned. Why always Jodha has to be picked. Cant understand this at all. So does this mean Rukayya is the ideal and Perfect wife for Jalal and all including Jodha should follow Ruks footsteps. Maybe then Jodha will be spared.

Now, coming to Birbal. I knew the moment he was introduced in this serial, that the role of Birbal will be comic relief with the occasional bouts of deep thinking. And they need to give Birbal enough air time since he was so famous and the actor playing it so pricey, hence the humor. But still, today's scene could have been avoided.

Donjas, if the CVs are so afraid of inadvertently undermining Akbar, how will they ever show the collective class and chutzpah of the navratnas?

I used to chuckle when a few days back I read someone write that there will be a leap because, they don't want show this or do that, as happened in history. I had said to myself, what nonsense, because I know that the CV's are not bound to history. They will twist facts and invent scenarios to show what they want and nobody is going to say anything. Today proved it. Who will protest that Hassan died first and not Hussain? I swallow all that "natkiya rupantar" because I know there are serials, one airing on SONY at present where almost nothing depicted has anything to do with history.

We have no choice - either take what they give us silently or quit the show.

Besides, I console myself, even Abhay has admitted that foul play could be a possibility for the twin's death.

Foul play is a possibility. And NR can be done to show this. But the order in which the babies die can be maintained?

The purpose of all this is also obvious, make Jodha suffer, make Ruqaiya a de facto Marium Uz Zamani for a few days and shoving it down everyone's throats. After the torment and Ruqaiya patent smirks when the ratings again begin to slip, finish this track with another tragic death. That could take a couple of weeks. All depends on the ratings.

That's what I said in my post. Can viewer sentiment and history be sacrificed at the altar of profit?

Before i start with my sermon(LOL) , i would like to say that, Birbal's act was a new LOW today.
I was NOT able to watch that, i muted and also took off my eyes from the screen...😕
It was Total NONsense..!!.

The man was a GEM. He knew very well, how to sing (you have listed his qualities in your posts) and here he is reduced to a caricature by the CV's. 😳 I was expecting him to sing well and defeat Tansen. I was taken for a toss. LOL .


But, i would say that the episode was NOT assassination of history.
Let me explain you the Logic of CV's.. ;p




The assassination happened LONG back, here, when >>
{I am mentioning major BLUNDERS i remember..}


1. When Jalal got Abdul freed from the Amer Jail. { CV's made a Mockery of Rajput defenders. }😳

2. When Abul Maali tortured Jalal in captivity. Jalal getting captured, that too by Abul Maali.!!. 😕 ..Sheer disgust..!!!!!. {Absolute NONsense..!!!.😳.} May i ask the CV's what was the need for Jalal to fight the battle personally.?. Where was his "ARMY of Generals" ? CV's have made him resourceless as if he has to fight every battle.😕

3. When Khyber kidnapped Jodha from Mughal harem. {Ridiculous..Capture of a Queen from the Royal Residence..!!!.} . May i ask the CV's where were the Mughal Archers with the arrows.?. { CV's made a a mockery of this LADY along with the LEGENDARY WARRIORS who were thrown right and left by some XYZ Person..!!!!..The LADY whose shadow could not be touched was Kidnapped..!!!!..No one was spared, neither the lady nor those Men.. }

I was NOT present in the forum on any of the above occasions but i was cursing CV's a lot for this.. I came back late and made a post.Link .

Now, if we keep ONLY these 3 blunders infront and analyze the Episode then, According to the CV's, nothing has happened.. ;p


Because they have NOT done any MAJOR blunder TODAY.

They have ONLY exchanged the "NAMES" of Hasan and Husain. ;p

Had they shown, Hasan to be with Ruqaiya and Hussain to be with Jodha, then would that have been fine.?. LOL.

I was shocked to see Hasan die ( and i still can not believe it ) and i did not find this act OK, by them. They should have taken care of the names of Kids and NOT done this mistake..


But let me tell > I watch NOTHING , but only the so-called "Historicals on Television" ...
So, let me tell , JA has come across as the better ones. {Don't come after me, i know we all do not like this NR, but this is a fact..LOL..}

PRC was awesome, BTW there also lot of NR's happened.. ;p

The Old show of Akbar-The Great was with amazingly fine dialogues. But, NOW i do not think a show of that kind will find a great Audience.

No matter we all keep kosofying the NR all time, but NR is not possible to be substituted. Anything coming on TV Shows is NR only. It happens in all the shows of this genre, and for example we all know of another show of the same genre running on the TV these days on another channel, and also are aware of what is happening there... ;p


Please note that i am not supporting the CV's, but this is a fact that for TRP's they torture us, and often compromise on many fronts and use SPICE.

But, the show can not be a documentary. History can only be read from the Old accounts, and i ENJOY reading it more, and still enjoying and i still post it regularly (don't i.?.). ;p

This is NOTHING, as the the worse has happened (i mentioned some incidents above) and i can sense the WORST in A FUTURE Track also..!!. I wish Ekta handles the MP-Akbar-Udai Singh track properly. It Can't be discussed here, as that involves history. We can discuss this at the New Place, as we do these days.

1. PS nailed the scenes today, she can act very well..!!!.
2. Rajat's expressions of a broken father and his "helplessness" before God, despite being THE Most Powerful Man was appearing so clear, it was really awesome..

Coming to the main part of today's episode

Amazing write-up. It's to the point. I mentioned this in Maddy's thread as well that I was fearing the worst for Monday's episode as the episode on Friday was totally centred on Ja,Jo and Hassan. I was somehow sure that CVs will once again make a mockery of our sentiments and subject us to NR instead of staying true to history atleast in as sensitive track as this. But no.

How can Hassan die first? Until and unless there has been some swapping. and if that's the case how come neither Jo nor Ruks realized that? CVs haven't shown an ounce of sensitivity to the twin's death. Everybody is talking about some profit but please tell me what profit are they gonna get from this? Viewers are only going to curse them..

Rajat and Paridhi did a great job today. They were both exceptional. Brilliant piece of acting. I for one was crying along with them. Only because they both were so good. They so brilliantly brought about the pain, helplessness, anguish of parents who have just lost their child. Jo as a mother was superb. Unable to accept the reality, pleading for her son's life and then slipping into unconsciousness after hearing the truth from HB and accepting it. A mother's pain was very very well brought to life by Paridhi.

On the other hand, Jalal as a helpless and shattered father stood out. His attempt to stay poised for his Jodha was heart wrenching to watch. When the guy himself was so broke and later succumbed to his emotions and broke down. The precap looks just as emotional. You're right about wanting to see Jalal as Jodha's pillar of strength and vice-versa for his pain is no less. I hope the CVs give us this much atleast but without Ruks.

M disgusted with the way they have handled this. NR ki bhi had hai..

But I salute Rajat and Paridhi. It's not easy to perform such scenes but they have done an amazing job. I had goosebumps watching them.

About Ruks

I don't see her getting exposed anytime soon. As you've mentioned she has done no mistake as of now. This is all about glorifying her and humiliating JoJa. Pathetic to watch.Now we will get to see JoJa begging Ruks to give Hussein back. Regarding this I will again quote something I mentioned in Maddy's thread. Getting Hussein back will in no way compensate for loss of Hassan for a mother loves all her children equally. Besides Jo and Jalal aren't the ones to go begging to Ruks immediately after their son's death. They will rather mourn for Hassan and console each other. But the CVs will throw NR on our face.

It was so heart breaking to watch the episode. I am drained. Still can't believe Hassan is no more. Cvs have twisted this way too much. No hope left.
