normally i go to moview only if 2 reviews are good one is Ma.Ta & other is Amol Parchure of IBN lokmat. So Ma. ta. review of Sangto aika is bad hence i didn't go to it. Surprising that SR made such a movie ! his earlier one Popat was also a debacle !

Mi kal wel hota mhanun MaTa cha review yenya aadhich papahila!

Many weaknesses are writing and Sachin's acting. There are NO impacting punch lines in dialogues. And Sachin does not have comic flexibility and timing needed as 'songadya' he is good as usual's in emotional scenes.

SR cha even 'makada hati shampen' nataka warcha cinema hi boring hota (forget the name)

Ata next week madhe Prakash Baba Amte baghayacha vichar aahe.

Badam rani gulam chor ? yes mi to pahila hota ...quite disappointing. Mukta B & anand ingle were quite irritating. Pushakr & Upendra were little better. But overall movie was full of badbad.

i wanna watch the amte film as well!

The writer of the play (Vivek Bele) is known to be a writer who writes endless dialogues for his characters. That's why i am avoiding Alibaba ani chalishitle chor written by him. (Shabd-bambaal) is the word used to describe his style. Any way Nana's selection for Dr. PA's role is surprising however gr8 he is ! probably mrunal k left the film half-way to be replaced by sonali k as she's is not conversat with nana's ways 😆

So did they had to reshoot all scenes enacted by Mrunal K?

mrunal-nana did preparatory workshop for 2-3 weeks at hemalkasa alongwith writer & director and shot a few scenes. then a big schedule was planned after few days but mrunal k left suddenly. Dir Samruddhi pore alongwith nana decided upon sonali k who has exp of working with nana and a gr8 actress too !
