it's good to know aastha's back story. tell you something funny, we are two sisters only and i am the second girl too and when i was young, a certain uncle of my father said to me that no one was happy when i was born because they wanted a son. i was so heartbroken, i cried and i still remember how my parents had to reassure me for days that they had no problem and they were very happy to have me😆
to this day my dad is not too friendly with that uncle but everyone reminds me and laughs to remember my reaction.😃

ok back to the story...now that aastha is clearly not a suspect, i do not know whom to suspect because we do not know much about mr. almeida and his contacts yet. i think shlok will still keep on suspecting her and i have no clue how the story will progress from here. i am forever curious and this is what happens to me when i read such stories...looking forward to the next update.

For you it was cos you were the second girl, for me I was the third after my sister and brother. My sister one day when I was about 5-6 told me I was adopted and since my father was a civil engineer he worked in many rural areas, I was taken from a poor family who had given me up cos they were so poor. She even told me my fealty name, Which was connected to my pet name. She told my real parents names and all. I cried for days. She did get a good earful from my parents. Luckily it didn't have a lasting impact on me nor our relationship as sisters. We are very close still.

She's still not off the hook. Mr. Almeida was an honest businessman. There lot more to be revealed. Thanks Sonia for taking time to read and comment always.

I find Sherlok Holmes boring(I know you are giving me weird looks, but few books did put me to sleep), but I love you Shlok Holmes
I loved the first part, Shlok was frustrated when his night date had to be called off, desperate are we, Mr. Agnihotri? 😉
I haven't been intrigued with any mystery fanfic so far, but this just hooked me in... I must thank Aparna for the advice, because I'm in love with this sarcastic Shlok, so until he becomes Aastha's, he is mine...
Now please don't get Sidney Sheldoned and make Aastha the murderer, pretty please... Because the other day I was reading a fanfic on another couple and the heroine turned to be the murderer... It was a huge joke!
Now about Aastha, the second chapter told me that Aastha was Stanley's Mrs, but after reading the Maid's words, I thought they were happily married couple, but no, koi raaz zaroor chupi hai, more than Shlokie, Aastha is an enigma... I loved the cow girl Aastha😆, I was as shocked as Shlok, but I collect feathers, people find it weider😳 I forgot to mention! I was also astounded when I read that they did not share room... Mystery mystery-er than chemistry!🤔
Shlok is having a very tough time controlling himself huh? Poor he, inclining towards his cow girl...
Felt so bad for Aastha when I read about her family, can someone be more cruel? They wanted to abort her, how sexist is that? Poor Anushka...
Stanley seems to be chivalrous and etiquette, he respects Aastha's feelings... That makes me think he is indeed good... Now the ultimate mystery is why was he murdered... I'm sure you have great surprises for us😉 waiting for more updates...
Loved the story till now, and I'm sure I'll love it henceforth too...

I'm not very big SH fan either but a MM fanatic. So you're not alone.,glad you like this version of Shlok Holmes.

Even I used to collect feathers as a child and don't think it's weird at all. It's good to be different and have varied interests. Hope you still do.

She does have a very valid reason for not sharing the same room or rather the same bed.

How can i or anybody else for that matter be angry with some one as sweet as you my dear girl. Don't worry about not being able to comment, I understand. So read and comment when ever you get the time, I do love to read them. Very expressive and fun to read just like you!
