Yes, if Shlok is really so dumb that all these days he doesn't really know anything...even though he can sense something is quite not right about his mom and dad...and his loving wife also has several things to say...but he makes it a point to not listen...if he really does not know anything...thats an anti hero...I dont think Shlok is like that.
I am sure he knows much more...infact he may know more than Astha...thats why he got so annoyed when she told him he does not know NA's bad face.

Another thing to observe...whenever Astha talks against NA, Shlok only wants her to to say sorry to NA and to not voice her opinions against NA. A normal hurt husband would rather ask the pertinant question..." why would you even think wrong about my father". A normal husband would be more offended about why his wife thinks so and set about to prove to her the reality.

But here..Shlok only and only wants Astha to NOT IRRITATE NA. He till date did not tell Astha to not think ill of his father. To me it seems he was waiting for something...for Kalindi's ex to die..? for her to get the Vaseehat?

But definitely there is something in Astha's life due to which Shlok married her...we will know.

Even now I sometimes watch the episodes from when Shlok meets Astha for the first time until he gets married to her in temple. Those episodes provide lots of clues.

Hey Akashvani...I agree with you word to word..I dont think there will be divorce...Shlok might fake that he wants to divorce Astha to calm down his dad..again hurting Astha a lot. But he will move mountains to be with her...and to take care and bring her back. This time his Aai will be with him!

Also Kamadhenu etc come out of it. But first as Suchi pointed out, its HALAHAL...the venom that comes out that Shiva then drinks to protect the universe...and his wife PArvati holds it in his neck and keeps it there so that he doesn't get affected by it.

So you are right...I am thinking the Lakshmi we are thinking about is Anjali...her true form will come out. But will she marry someone else? ...lets see.

Otherwise the whole show will have no meaning and that cannot be possible when they use so much symbolism and so many dialogues with double meaning especially the ones that Shlok uses.

Who is Shlok here now? Is he now Shiva drinking the venom and becoming Neelkanth, bearing all the pain and his wife Parvati or Astha always still loving him. Astha has promised Shlok that she will always love him. It is Shlok who started the churning by placing the rope and dividing good and evil.

Shiva had to undergo lot of struggles to save the venom from spreading. The Amrut or nectar did not come out first. The first that came out was the venom and then the devatas got the amrut. What is left over after the yagna is the ash which is very pure and powerful as it is purified in the fire. That Ash is going to be Ashlok love.

Now the churning has started and we will see devatas and rakshas on two sides. NA is the devil. Is Sojal bad too or is she going to change once she knows of Varad's infidelity?

The venom is first to come and the amrut at last. Lot of other things will come up in the middle in this war for good and evil. These are Kalindi's past, may be Shlok will know who caused Swati's accident. Why Ajinkya helped Aditi or Gayatri and may be even about Pooja. Anjali's parents are already here . So we will also know why they made NA go to prison.

Thus we are still seeing the venom from NA. We will see the amrut later with Ashlok love.

Shlok gave check mate to NA indirectly today making him think that he got the boon of becoming immortal and will protect Astha by moving her away from agni mansion. So Shlok now will also act indirectly through Astha as Mohini and kill the bhasmasoor by his own deeds.

Suchi...wow..your interpretations make so much sense to me...Shlok is indeed the Shiva who ahs to drink the zeher..the HALAHAL poison that comes from churning...to protect the universe.
And then Parvati comes to his aid...she hold the venom in his neck and keeps it there...
So while Shiva protects the universe, Parvati protects Shiva.

Also as Jia pointed out Lakshmi has to come out of the churning. So...lets see how the HALAHAL , Shiva gulping it, Lakshmi, Kamadhenu..all come out. Amrit is the last thing. And even then, there is the Mohini roop.

Also with the whole Parashuram and Renuka mata angle we used to discuss,with Agnihotris and Kirloskers and Kolhapur Devi etc...its weird that Sid's mom name is Renuka. Wonder what Renuka and her daughter's role is in all this.

On another note..really felt sorry for Sojal today. Its veyr very natural that if you see a woman trying to get too close to your husband you will question it. It was not right of Astha to call Mansi...Mansi is her BIL's business associate. It was rather stupid of her to call Mansi that too when there is this division in the house. Wonder if she keeps calling MAnsi to make her see that Varad has his own world here , wife and child .

As I was saying in another post...I sometimes watch the earlier episodes from when AShlok meet first till thier temple marriage. There are a lot of clues which show that even if Shlok does a lot of Baba bhajan verbally..he still gets his way around a lot of things. He even goes against his father's wishes to decide not to marry...and then decides to marry Astha.

Call it my HAS...but the scene where Avdhoot comes to tell Anjali that Astha has said not to the marriage proposal with Shlok...there is something in that scene..watch it again.

Thanks for bringing positivity in the track back. I was quite upset with the precap. I know that Shlok is playing NA at his game, but then sometimes doubt it. Such posts keep us glued to the serial.
