Jalal is NOT weak!

Jalal's takht burning was the crescendo of his rage that kept on building from the previous night and culminated in his breaking down. Is the Jalal who burned his takht weak? NO! Jalal was scraped raw emotionally by the events. He was just being very human.

Jalal did not owe any explanation to awam did he? Of course not - it was a harsh warning. If Jalal had wanted to give up takht why would he issue the warning? It was issued by a man passionate about his Sultanate, where was he giving up?!

Learning of Adga Khan's murder and brutal killing of Adham turned Jalal into something his loved ones could barely believe and watch. Having to tell about Adham to MA, Adga Khan's last rites and then MA's cursing of his unborn babies. The agonizing events just piled up. The curse was the last straw.

i agree! the curse was bit too much to swallow and that hit him hard and that also coming from maham's mouth whom he once worshiped!

The woman he considered above his own mother, loved and trusted blindly - that she could curse his unborn babies for power is what shattered him.

Jalal NEVER tried to shirk his responsibilities. He never said I do not want to rule, I do not care about awam, I do not want to fight any wars. All Jalal said was this takht was responsible for ruining his important relationships, for which he was betrayed by loved ones.

maddy, i feel that in the back of his mind maybe he was thinking of democracy, that is not to concentrate the power at one point but to distribute it..i have a feeling they might show something in those lines once he changes all his staff!

It just showed how much he really worshiped MA like a mother. He could not bear the thought that she did NOT really love him. So he WOULD RATHER believe that MA loved him but she got corrupted due to the takht. What he agonized over was that not just him but his babies even before their taking birth are getting the curse of the takht. It was not about giving up responsibilities or not caring - it was about caring too much.

Jalal just reacted with extreme vulnerability and brutal honesty and Jodha knew just what he needed to hear. Jodha assured him of her unselfish unconditional pure love - that was all that Jalal needed.

Jalal talked about giving up takht ONLY with Jodha. Everybody knew Jalal was upset about Adga Khan. HB took over certain responsibilities but nobody talked about Jalal wanting to give up takht. Jalal only shared his pain with Jodha and she knew just the words to say to him about his father and grand-father, how they also must have faced all this to manage the Sultanate.

yes, jodha was his confidante he did not even share it with ruk but he showed himself what he felt to jodha because he knows jodha does not want takht but only jalal..!

Jalal was not weak because he never tried to give up his responsibilities. Jalal just reacted in an extreme weak moment with desolation, despair. All he needed was Jodha's love and few kind firm words, like showing a beacon to his dark thoughts where no positivity was penetrating. Jodha was his support - his soul mate who knew just what words he needed.

Jalal said something very important to Jodha (in Friday's episode) - he said he feels like he is being surrounded by shaitan's forces and he is going to weed them all out. We are already seeing a ruthless with enemies firm stronger Jalal. If only he stops handing out wishes!!!

yes! and that is the jalal i want to see! ruthless with his enemies and good to the people who are good and loyal to him..a perfect combo of dil and dimaag!

Jalal is temperamental, passionate, possessive when he wants to be Teda and madly in love with Jodha. Jodha is too good natured, believes everybody and when she wants to be so fiery and stubborn, deeply in love with Jalal. They make you exasperated with them, want to bonk them on head sometimes and love them so much. They are just imperfectly perfect for me. I love both of them like crazy but still love Jodha a more than Jalal. 😉😆

and i love jalal(TE) way more than jodha😉😆..he turns me on with his persona..uff☺️😆

I think they had shown Jodha and Jalal birthdays after the Jodha fake pregnancy track, since now they have celerated 1st wedding Anniversary some time back should be about time for Birthdays!

I agree they seem to be just rushing these days. We were hoping for atleast a week of happy episode before they got in Adga Adham tracks, they did not even give us 1 episode of sukoon

I guess after the Adga end they wanted to show Jalal in mourning so no cute scenes.
I also heard info that RT and PS had taken off during different days of the week so there were not many together scenes - might be.

Btw Jalal did not actually go to war but he got information from Maan Singh that some Rajvanshis are gathering near borders of Agra so Jalal went there with Maan Singh and the tent scene. There was actually no war as such, nor did Jalal go really out of Agra. So no fanfare about his going to war.

Still the scenes are appearing really rushed and I wish they slow down.

I hope to see lot more Jalal pamper Jodha and cut romantic scenes now. Chemistry does not go away, they just need some more creativity and loads of JodhaJalal together. Enough about talking about every other person in Agra, now they should concentrate on themselves and their babies.

Mind it, ratings are still very good and we should be thankful for the No 1 spot, perhaps even the festival season last week contained the ratings.

So, the CV's tried drama. It works but only to a certain extant. The CV's must have learned from the ratings, as I did, that the only thing left is romance and light, happy scenes. Perhaps the romantic suggestions you made in this thread will not be in vain.

In their hatred days cvs always gave us lots of scene of both of them in single frame but these days their scene is always in 20 or 25 sec in single frame.
