Part 29

It was 3^rd day of their family vacations. Shlok phone rang. It was his lawyer call who wanted to confirm his presence in the court hearing today. He picked the call and went in corner away from Aastha and alaap.

"hello ... mr. Agnihotri where are you? Don't you know today is the very important hearing in your case... you can lose your case by this if you will be not there..." lawyer told him and he smiled winningly

"I know but I don't want to win this case so don't worry about your fees. I will pay you double if you will shut this case in this hearing..." he offered him meekly so that she could not hear anything.

"As you wish sir..." the lawyer replied in confuse tone like he thought him mad.

Shlok cut the call and came back to them. Alaap was playing with her. He saw them. They looked perfect family. Alaap was playing and shouting and she was pampering him. He admired them for some moment and then join also with them.

That full day, they roamed around the best place of Manali. Aastha and Shlok enjoyed the moments of cute Alaap. He was very naughty so he made both them to run behind him.

Aastha was tired but she was not feeling sleepy instead of that she was thinking about the past.

Aastha was pregnant and feeling very confuse. Shlok married with her just for one year so how could she give birth to his child. She was in dilemma. She was also surprised by Shlok's changed behavior towards her. But she was not sure if he was really changed or it was just the one year illusion. They already signed the contract. She took the money for the drama.

She was restless when Anjali came to her room.

"Congratulation Aastha..." she wished her with strain smile.

"Thanks..." she replied in weak tone. Anjali could sense that

"You are not looking happy ..." she asked in instigating tone. Aastha looked her with irritation.

"What is your problem..." she asked bitterly. Anjali smiled and said

"I know that your marriage is fake and only for one year..." Anjali words made her shocked. She instantly looked her.

"what do you mean to say..." Aastha asked with unknown fear.

"you and Shlok married only for the property..." she replied calmly and set on the couch after dropping the bomb on her.

"what..." She shouted on her.

"but... but...but..." Anjali created some dramatic suspense in front of her. she stopped shouting and stared her like fool.

"his plan backfired on him as his grand father changed his will..." Anjali made her maniac in suspense.

"but what... would you like to open your mouth fully what but..." Aastha grinned on her.

"but his grandfather made it clear that entire property will go only his child because he got to know about his fake marriage..." Anjali finally dropped the last atom bomb on her. she was numb to hear that. Anjali saw her with pity and left the room.

Anjali left the shocked Aastha behind her and closed the door. She smiled evilly and thought in her mind

"Shlok Agnihotri if me and my son cannot be happy then I will also not let you be happy in your life. I know you fell in love with this girl and you are so happy for your future child but now this girl will make your life hell. I will make my lie true in her sight so she will not believe you... you just wait and watch...". She thought and laughed.

Aastha was devastated and fumed on the revelation. How could Shlok do with her like this. he got intimate with her only for child or why he need child only for property.

"oh my god... how cheap he is but no I will not let him to be successful in his plan...I will not give him the pleasure of win..." she thought and held her head in her hands.

She dialed some number and called

"hello doctor I want to meet you please tell me whenever I can come..." she asked to the doctor when doctor told her she cut the call and set on the couch in relax mood

"now Shlok Agnihotri your plan will backfire on you really..." she thought and grinned to imagine him.

She went to doctor and asked about the procedure of abortion. The doctor was surprised to hear it as it was her first child and also she knew that how happy Shlok was...

"Are you sure mrs. Agnihotri about your decision?" she asked for confirmation

"yes doctor I don't want this child .it is so early to be a mother for me..." she thought one more time and told in broken voice.

Though she decided to abort the child but she was also torn inside in her heart. She could not be cruel like this. it was her part but she was reluctant to change her decision even after her guilt and pain. The ego surpassed her all thinking. She just remembered only about Shlok Agnihotri loss.

Shlok was also not sleeping yet. He saw Aastha who lost in her thoughts. He gazed her. she looked too lost in her thinking so she didn't feel his eyes on her. shlok knew what she was thinking.

"I know Aastha you are also thinking about our past but please why don't you tell me the real reason from your mouth just once... I will forgive you because I know you are not wrong but you misunderstood the things between us. I love you so much and I want to become old with you..." he thought and got up and put his head on the edge of bad behind.

He recalled how he was happy when he heard the news about her pregnancy.

He felt himself on seven heaven as he was going to be father soon. He imagined himself happy with his Aastha and his little angel. He started to plan everything best for three of them. He was the most luckiest person who found everything what he wanted.

He was busy in his office that day when he saw his cell phone ringing. He saw the doctor name and picked the call.

"mr. Agnihotri ..." The doctor called to Shlok. He became anxious to hear her voice if Aastha was alright or not.

"mr. Agnohotri tell me if you also don't want this child right now..." doctor asked and he was dumbfounded to hear her question. He didn't have any clue about what she said.

"what are you talking about doctor..." Shlok asked in curiosity.

"your wife want to abort the child so she came to me..." doctor told him and he was totally shocked that what she was saying.

"doctor I don't have any clue what are you saying about but please hold this matter as I am coming to see you right now thank you for informing me..." he hurriedly cut the call and picked his jacket and car keys.

He was driving rashly due to hurry and anger. How could Aastha think about it. What made her like this. he felt that she was confuse since after the news broke but he didn't think that she can take this extreme step.

He rushed to the doctor room where he found Aastha sitting like idle. He became furious to see the abortion form in her hand.

He snatched the form and threw that in dustbin in pieces. He turned towards Aastha who was looking bit scared but furious from him.

He stared her very sharply without uttering any word and thanked to the doctor once again. Aastha looked to the doctor fierce eyes.

Shlok caught her arm silently and almost dragged her from there to his car.

He was driving furiously. He controlled himself from speaking anything to her. Aastha was confused and waiting for his firy reaction.

He wanted to reach to home first before saying or asking anything. So he was driving with storm of anger and disbelief.
