Hiding truth is never good, but serials propagate this myth that hiding truth is best for some patients. They did it for badi maasi, then Jagya faked amnesia and now again. More than Ganga, it is torture for the viewers who have to see this unrealistic drama and fake mahaanta. Wonder, why DS or Jagya did not remember amnesia drama when Shivani said all this?

I think many of the members guesses pretend drama.

That was fake but this is necessitated by the patient's condition.

They could have just told gauri that Jagya left for some conference and he wont be back soon.

yup he may not suffer like this but he"ll b pained seeing ganga going thru pain & hurt which ganga will go thru even if she trusts jagya & won't b insecure.

bv cvs hell bent on creating sympathy for gauri like shivani say gauri kafi samay theek se muskaraai bhi nahi hai agar woh muskarati hai to uske chhupe dard ko maine feel kiya hai. jo dard hai nahi woh chupa kaise hoga .gauri has full control on shivani by showing her fake tears .if gauri is so deeply wounded in her heart after jagya left her she should have not pay atention to her damage face sincerly like gauri said to jagya what will happen to my face give ur opinion .seems gauri is more sad about her damage face rather than jagya left gauri
