I think so. One cant abandon wife or husband, parents or child. Wife includes live in partner too.

Sanchi herself decided that she is a better match for Jagya and not Anandi and how will she listen to what Anandi got to say?

Ira overruled her objections and even accused her saying that she thought Sanchi is not good enough Bahu for Singhs

Despite all this she told Sanchi that Jagya is not the man for her and he will not give her the things that she wanted in life.Did she listen to her?

Any ways people have habit of finding fault in everything that Anandi does or doesn't.

Did the family accepted Jagya's decision unquestioningly? Then why did they disowned him? They were not nasty with Gauri, but they did not treat her with respect either. For them, their son was bhola-bhala and Gauri was the cunning girl and one day the son will return. But is is true that Bhairo continued the financial help - perhaps not even family knew about this.

Remember what Anandi's objection was against Sa-Ja? That Sanchi is not a suitable bride for Jagya - did she ever mentioned that Jagya is not a suitable boy for Sanchi because of what he had done with his previous wives and the second marriage is still remained unresolved at that time. She should have informed the family/Sanchi - it was upto them to believe her or not. Anandi did not do this because she thought Jagya is right whatever he may have done.

bigamy mein to 7 years punishment hoti hai abandon mein kitne years ki punishment hogi aur abandon case which ipc section ke ander aata hai

I do not know. It depends how lawyer can present the case.

I will like to know from lawyer especially from kabra whether gauri can file case on jagya or not ust because he abandon her .I have never heard somebody can go to jail because that abandon someone

In our society ...loving , living with that love for some time , and then abandon her --is an easy thing to the egocentric males ! There is no proof for their marriage ...if at all it is there , ...is it worth fighting for monetary benefit or some pale rights in that marriage ? Why she has to create some more problems for herself ...simple advise is come out of that relationship and live and lead a dignified life ! That is my advise to Gowri !
