She kisses Kiran's cheek and feeds her milk, after she finishes, she puts Kiran in the playpen and picks Karan up and feeds him. Once they're both fed, she gives them toys to play with while she eats. Kashish spends the rest of the day taking care of the twins until its time to get Jaspreet from school, she straps the twins into the twin pushchair and walks to get Jaspreet from school. As soon as she gets home Jaspreet plays with the twins until Sujal gets home from work. When he gets home he spends his time playing with the three children then spends some quality time with Kashish while the children sleep. What a typical day in the Garewal House

Its saturday morning, Kashish and Sujal wake up and go into the nursery where the twins are sleeping, Kashish lightly picks up Kiran while Sujal picks up Karan, they each kiss their cheeks
K (whispers) - happy birthday Kiran, happy birthday Karan
S (whispers) - happy birthday my angels
They admire their kids until Jaspreet bursts into the room
J - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
Upon hearing their older sister scream the two babies begin crying, Jaspreet kisses their cheeks and look at her parents as they try and quieten the kids down
S - did you have to wake them?
K - Jaspreet you should know better
J - come on guys, its their birthday today! I want to hold Karan!
S - wait until he stops crying and besides you need to brush your teeth, go...now
Jaspreet stomps her foot and leaves the room to go brush her teeth, Kashish and Sujal quieten Karan and Kiran down and feed them, Kashish changes them and brings them down where Jaspreet and Sujal are having breakfast, Kashsih places both kids into Sujal's arms
S - hey my sweeties
Sujal kisses their cheeks and Jaspreet puts her hands out, Sujal carefully places Karan into her arms
J - are we having a party?
K - a party.....I don't know
J - but its their birthday
S - we can have a quiet get together at home, no need for a party
J - but dad...
S - no buts, thats final
J - fine
Jaspreet continued to play with Karan while Sujal fed Kiran some small bits of his toast, Kashish lifted Karan from Jaspreet's arm and placed him in his high chair, she then did the same to Kiran
K - Jaspreet finish your breakfast quickly, we need to go shopping
J - ok mum
Jaspreet finished her breakfast and ran upstairs when the phone rang, Sujal answered
S - hey Neev, how are you?
N - I'm good Sujal, congrats on the twins birthdays
S - thanks, hows everyone there?
N - they're good, Prachi says hi, so are you having a big party?
S - no just a small one at home
N - ok give Kashish bhabhi my love
S - will do
Sujal hung up, Kashish looked at him quetioningly
S - Neev...wishing the twins a happy birthday
K - oh i see
Sujal stood up and went over to Kashish and took her in his arms
S - hmmm I love you
K - I love you too.....but stop hugging me....aren't you ashamed, in front of your kids
Sujal glanced at Kiran and Karan who were both busy playing with their food
S - I think we're safe from them
Sujal leaned forward and kissed her neck, he turned Kashish around to face him and leaned forward to kiss her when Kashish put her hands on his chest
K - and what if your oldest daughter comes?
S - she won't Kashish....now where was I....
Sujal leaned forward again and brushed his lips with Kashish's when he heard footsteps, Sujal pulled away from her and began doing something else when Jaspreet came in, she looked at her parents and smiled and sat down
J - were you guys kissing?
S - what? huh
K - Jaspreet mind your language
J - I wasn't swearing....so were you?
S - no....and if we were its none of your business, now go put your coat on to go shopping
J - ok....
Jaspreet stood up and went to the door and turned around
J - you know, its perfectly fine if you kiss, its natural
Sujal glared at her and she ran away, Sujal looked at Kashish
S - aren't you going to say anything to her? look at the things she's saying, Kashish control her!
K - what can I do? its the way todays kids are, stop worrying
S - my 7 year daughter comes to me and says its perfectly natural for her parents to kiss....thats not suitable for her!
K - just calm down, ok you sure you'll manage with the kids alone?
S - of course, you go
Kashish kissed his cheek and left the kitchen, as soon as the door shut Sujal picked the twins up and took them into the living room and put them in the playpen and began watching tv, only 5 minutes had passed when Kiran began crying
S - hey angel what happened.....
Sujal lifted her from the playpen and began walking around with her to quieten her down when Karan begins to cry, Sujal sighs and goes to him
S - now why are you crying? feeling jealous because I've got your sister? thats not nice, now come here
Sujal lifted Karan up and sat on the sofa and balanced Kiran on his left knee and Karan on his right knee but both continued to cry
S - what is this? have you two made some sort of plan to cry at the same time? or is it just because your mum's not here...now come on stop crying, after all it is your birthday
Karan looks up at Sujal with his brown eyes and stops crying, Sujal kisses his cheek
S - good boy, and now you Kiran, be like your brother, stop crying
Kiran looked at him and began smiling, Sujal tickled her chin and she giggled, Sujal smiled and lay his head back but as soon as he did the crying started again
S - what happened now?
He managed to quieten them down and gave them their toys to play with, he glanced at the clock, Kashish and Jaspreet had only been gone half an hour, Sujal frowned, Kashish wouldn't be back for ages.....meanwhile in the shopping mall....
J - mum lets get this teddy bear!
K - you already have loads
J - but its so cute....and plus its for Kiran
K - you're saying that now, but guaranteed as soon as you get home, you will take it to your room
J - I won't! I promise
K - hm...ok then
Jaspreet grinned and handed the teddy bear to Kashish, they went to the till when Kashish paid for the teddy bear along with some other toys for the twins. They left the toy store and headed to the clothes shop where Jaspreet ran to the baby section and picked up newborn clothes
J - mum these are so cute!
K - yes but your brother and sister won't fit in those, look for clothes for 1 year olds
J - ok....
Jaspreet and Kashish looked around when Jaspreet began getting tired
J - mum how much longer?
K - don't complain, you're the one who wanted to come
J - but still?
K - not long now
J - good, hey do you think the twins are driving dad crazy yet?
K - there's a good possibility they are
Jaspreet laughed
J - I don't know why dad volunteers to look after them if he can't manage
K - if he managed to take care of you then i'm sure he can handle the twins
J - we'll see.....
They finished their shopping and Kashish and Jaspreet headed home, they opened the door and put the shopping down by the stairs and went into the living room where the floor was covered with toys
J - where's dad and the kids?
K - go look in the nursery
Jaspreet nodded her head and went upstairs to look in the nursery, she smiled and stopped at the sight in her parents room
J - mum come here
Kashish headed upstairs and stood by Jaspreet, she smiled seeing Sujal asleep with the twins on either side of him, she tiptoed in and slowly picked Kiran first and took her to the nursery and then picked Karan and took him to the nursery. She gently shook Sujal
K - Sujal...Sujal wake up
Sujal opened his eyes slowly to see Kashish smiling at him, he smiled back until he realised the kids weren't there
S - where's.....
K - in the nursery
S - oh....all the shopping done?
K - yeah, why don't you take a shower then come downstairs to help with dinner
S - what time will the guests be arriving?
K - not too sure
S - you go, I'll come
Kashish smiled and kissed his cheek, Sujal took a shower and went downstairs to help Kashish with dinner. Soon Sujal's work colleagues and Kashish's work friends came to their house and they all celebrated the twins birthdays together. Once all the guests left Sujal put Jaspreet to sleep while Kashish put the twins to sleep, then both went into their room
K - hmm i'm tired
S - come I'll give u a massage
Kashish sat on the bed while Sujal sat behind on her and massaged her shoulders lightly, he kissed her neck softly and took her into his arms, they both lay back on the bed and closed their eyes, an hour later in Jaspreet's room, she tossed and turned as flashes of her being taken from Kashish came into her mind, it wasn't until she began screaming that Sujal woke up, he turned the landing light on and opened her door to see her tossing and turning while breaking out in a sweat, Sujal put her light on and took his daughter into his arms, he caressed her hair and kissed her forehead softly
S - its ok, dad's here now.....
He patted her head lightly until she fell asleep again, it wasn't until Sujal was fully sure Jaspreet was sleeping that he went into his room, Kashish looked at him and hugged him
K - is she ok?
S - yeah....just barely
K - when are these nightmares going to stop?
S - I don't know....but its all that Sahil's fault, if he hadn't did what he did, she would never have these nightmares, I hate him.....i hate him more than anyone
coming up - not too sure yet.....
