It's been half an hour when arjun quietly slid the ring in Sakshi's finger but apparently the news travels very fast in the house filled with etf officers. Within minutes everyone came rushing to them and congratulating them. Shree even asked when the big day is. Mr and Mrs. Rathod bless them. Everyone was very happy with the news. The whole etf team gang up upon the couple leaving no stone unturned in teasing them. Arjun thanks the lord when Mrs. Rathod diverts their attention. She calls everyone in the room including Arakshi. Rathod, Ayesha, shree, Liza, chotu and even Sharad is present there.

Mrs. Rathod: let's all raise a toast to the newly engaged couple - arjun and sakshi

She raises the glass in her hand and encourages others to do so. Soon everyone raises their glasses

Rathod: to their beautiful love

Ayesha: to their beautiful future together

Everyone in unison: to arjun and sakshi

Then everyone takes a sip from their glasses. Arakshi thanks everyone and in no time everyone scatters around the house again.

Sakshi and Ayesha go upstairs and soon after hear some noises from downstairs

Sakshi: niche?

Ayesha laughs

Ayesha: Liza vs. shree

Sakshi blinks in surprise while Ayesha just winks. Meanwhile downstairs Liza is searching for shree and is clearly not in a good mood

Liza: chotu shree kahan hai?

She abruptly disturbs Chotu, nakul (Sameer's cousin) & anushka (new etf member) who were attentively listening to a story by Mrs. Rathod. A Christmas story

Chotu: oh... ab ... woh...

Liza: chotu sahi sahi btao warna

Nakul: oh ho Liza abhi tang mat kro itne acchi story ke beech main

Liza: story my foot

Mrs. Rathod: my dear KIA hua foot KO

Mrs. Rathod's innocent question makes the trio laugh which is slowed down by Liza's deadly glare

Liza: mujhe pta hai tum log shree KO chupa rahe ho. Kidhar hai?

They know it's not a good time to mess with her.

Nakul: woh wahan Gaya hai entrance pe shayad bahar bhagne ke liye

Liza: shree KO nahin chorun gi

She literally runs out while other three laugh and Mrs. Rathod seems clueless so anushka decides to fill her in.

Anushka: who shree Liza ke liye present Lana bhool Gaya hai ise liye...

On her way out Liza bumps with Sharad who has a glass in his hand

Sharad: careful hun

Liza stops for a moment

Liza: sorry and I am not your hun

She leaves without waiting for an answer

Sharad: whatever... HUN...

He shouts back and laughs. As Liza reaches the door she sees shree stepping out she holds his arm and turns him around

Liza: specky mujh se bach kr kahan jao Ge

Shree: lizaaa... main wooo...

He laughs nervously

Liza: main kya specky? Kahan bhaag rahe the mujhse?

Shree: main kahan Jaaunga Liza main toh yahein tha

He scratches his head and his gaze meets the ground and a small smile appears on his lips. Liza lets go of his arm and looks away

Liza: tum aise kaise kar sakte ho specky?

Shree: Liza woh

Liza: phir woh? Kia woh specky sab ke liye gifts lekar aye aur mere liye kuch bhi nahin

She folds her arms across her chest as she complains. He looks at her and smiles in admiration. She looks just like a small child complaining about not receiving her gift from him

Shree: Liza main

Liza: bhool Gaya right? Mr Shreekant Sen sabke liye gifts kharidte kharidte Mera liye gift Lena bhool Gaye. Apni best friend cum team member ke liye gift Lena bhool Gaye

Shree: Liza meri bat toh...

Liza: its fine specky it's fine really tumne bta dia ke main tumhare liye KIA hoon

It is so stupid but she feels like crying it's not even about the gift anymore but the fact that he forgot her made her heart swell. Shree holds her arm and turns her around and makes her look at him.

Shree: tumhe kaise pta ke tum mere liye kya ho

Liza: agar kuch toh t...

She is abruptly cuts off when he steps forward and closes any gap remaining between them by pressing his lips against hers. Instantly her eyes close and melt away in his kiss. Her hands find their way around his neck and his hair as she deepens the kiss and his hands slid down to her waist and settle there. After few moments they break apart and look into each other's eyes. Shree softly caresses her cheek with his finger.

Shree: Kisi KO bholne ke liye usse yaad krna parta hai aur yad krne ke liye pehle usse zehen se nikalna parta hai. Jis din se tum mili ho uss din se dill o dimagh pr aise chai ho ke khud KO bhool jata hoon par tum aik pal ke liye bhi mere khayaloon se door nahin hote

Liza: shree...

His name slips out of his tongue in surprise as she realizes where this is going

Shree: Liza I love you

He whispers slowly because of which her breath is caught in her throat and her heart skips a beat. She is actually hearing him say these words. From past years she has been waiting for this moment and she can't believe it now she is living it. He cups her face in his hands

Shree: main tumhara gift nahin bhoola

He makes up look

He makes her look up where they are standing. As she looks up she finds mistletoe just above their heads causing her to grin. Her gaze meets his once again.

Liza: tumhein yad tha

Surprise visible in her tone

Shree: kaise bhool skta hoon?

She remembers the last year just after the day of Christmas when she and shree were gone out on their way they visited the church too. Seeing the mistletoe she got so excited, surprised shree asked her about it and then she told him about the mistletoe's tradition. She smiled at the memory

Liza: toh tum tabse...

Shree: Han...tabse

Liza gets so happy and teary eyed

Liza: I'm so sorry shree main samajh nahin pai

Shree: yeh kya Liza main ne tumhein I love you bola aur tum ne I am sorry. Kahein koi aur mil Gaya hai kya?

He gives her pretend shock expressions and she hits his chest playfully

Liza: specky!

Taking a deep breath she finally confesses

Liza: I love you too, very much

Saying this she moves forward and shree to come and hugs her. She rests her head on his shoulder

Liza: I waited for this day so much

Shree: me too

He whispers back

Seriously guys get a room

The sudden voice startles Liza but shree remains calm and doesn't move an inch as he knows who just spoke

Shree: seriously muski you chose this moment to disturb us

Muskaan (shree's sister) is standing near the staircase with a grin on her face. Liza breaks the hug and looks at muskaan with a sheepish smile on her face

Muskaan: congratz finally I'm free

Liza: what do you mean muskaan?

Muskaan walks up to them and looks shree with an evil look. Shree signals her to stay quiet but she looks at Liza and smiles

Muskaan: now I don't have to hear him whining over you

She decides to mimic him I miss her I love her I need to tell her Liza this Liza that shree is so embarrassed that if the earth opens up now he will gladly fall into it. Liza starts laughing at muskaan's mimic of shree. Shree gives dagger looks to muskaan who was laughing suddenly stops.

Muskaan: I was joking

She winks at Liza who starts laughing again. Before shree could stop her she again said

Muskaan: but seriously guys I am very happy for you both you truly deserve each other and are the couple who are made for each other

Liza: awe...

Shree leans in and hugs muskaan and Muskaan pulls Liza in too and shares a group hug
