heya i jst called.some Ashwini was there.

she said kya sahayta kr skti hun maine bola its abt Pyar ki kahani 2 thn actually she told me,mam aap ko pkyek ka season 2 with vivian dsena n sukirti kandpal as leads chahiye on any channel main bola yeah yeah ..i forced on visu and old cast.she said mam aap nishhint rhiye maine aap ki reqst le li hai.thn she took my details name city num.i gave her.i said plz convey my reqst to ur officials she said she will..

I called the number yesterday night at 10:34 PM...the call was attended by a Customer Care Executive whose name was Shabana. She handled my call very well and talked nicely and politely to me and my request,took down all the details from me...asked me about DND (Do Not Disturb facility)on my phone,and other details. I told her I am requesting for Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani Season 2 . I told her that this show was the top TRP show on Star One and very popular with the youth, but as the channel was going off air, so the show came to an end.But fans of the show have been wanting a Season 2 of the show with the same leads Vivian D'Sena and Sukirti Kandpal ever since it went off air. She asked me this show was about Vampires and I said yes. She asked me which channel of Star would I want the show on...I said that if its shown on Star Plus,it would be great,otherwise any good channel of Star...like Life Ok...she asked me the preferred Telecast time...I said it used to be on air at 8:30 PM...so that would be the best time once again...she told me that she is taking down my request and will proceed it to her higher authorities...and thanked me for calling.

^^ @ Sum29 - I'm so glad, you felt they handled the request well. They're trained well. A good quality of Star. I hope these are all being counted for. I'm sure they'd have been surprised to receive requests for PKYEK all of a sudden, but the need of the hour, is to surprise them all more, with flooding reqs from fans. Lol. Hope we're able to accomplish that!
