To ensure that everybody gets an award , when she will tally then in each category announce the winner and a runners up. That way a person might not get any award ( as we have more members and less categories) at least they might get a runner up one.Also it is likely that one person gets more than one award which is okay as that member might be more popular so that we should allow.Let me know what you all think?
