She will have to marry someone else again and consummate the marriage with the other guy only then she can go back to him.

Remarriage and divorce is a very long procedure in islam and since the backdrop of the show is islam I'm quite sure they won't go that way.

They cant..!!The Girl has to go thru all the tragic journey!!
I watched a show in Pak,The couple ws in their 60-70s & oneday they had a terrible Fight & Guy give divorce to the Woman!! By saying it with Mouth Three Times
& thn he ws very regretted Bt cudnt di anything!!

Bt Most Believe tht Divorce cant happen by saying Talaq three times in the same situation!!

yup and when you marry someone else you must consummate the marriage..it's like a punishment for the couple so that they think twice before even uttering the word divorce again. and after that the second husband must give you a talaq, then you can go back to your first husband...if he doesn't then you can't do anything..

& After Divorce girl hs to pass three month Alone as Iddat!! So to Clear MU tht If She is pregnant with her hubby or not!!

but i think if hubby gives divorce in a drunken state then thats a foul.i mean husband shud b in full senses whiile divorcing...if he says talaaq three times while, drunk n later forgets it...its not accepted then

Oh i never heard about that before..but i do know that CVs will never show a divorce in any way as in Islam there's too many complications surrounding this if you want to get back with your first. And obviously Zaya will want to get back together...so showing a divorce is out of the question.

Saying it in Drunken State is Not acceptable,,Plus if sumone sign paper unknowingly thn also its Not possible

see that's why I think there's no way that they'll show a divorce because it might cause a religious debate and all! some people may think like what you are saying but some may not. So to avoid this mess, the best thing to do is no divorce in the first place..just MU and separation like maybe Aaliya will leave on her own seeing how Zain might distance himself from her or something (this is just an example)
