Is it Peter Pettigrew??? He stayed in the Burrow and no one knew he was animagus at that time.. He was used by Voldy to rebuild his body and Ron was not happy to have him at the start...

My next guess would be Barty Crouch Jr... His father was also not happy to have him around...
