Was looking at bhindi ki sabzi video to understand what it is 😃. I have never tried that combination before... How is it?

The moment it is Briyani then it is raita by default for the side with salan (Brinjal) and green peas curry

...and for dessert in my part of the world we make a pudding called wattilapam similar to a custard pudding which can be served cold or warm with ice cream

Unlike you I am not a foodie 😭 but loved to learn and experiment with different cusine

Now I am really hungry...
