That line of Rudra's pained me... "Whether there is anything between us or not."
Paro is already confused about her position in his life and him not clarifying makes it even more difficult.

Thats the whole tragedy of it, Sunara. It is the typical falling in love show stopper. Two people love each other, truly madly deeply. Along comes an event, when it is important to spell it out. Paro has already told Rudra that she loves him. That confession at that time set her free, free from doubt, gave her strength, gave her wings. But now, the poor girl, attacked on all sides by the onus of how she thinks she should behave with Laila, her doubt over his lack of heart, and other stuff wants him to say... I love you. And she cannot hear that he is saying it, albeit in a diffrerent way from what she wants to hear. In fact its the reverse of the Laila in Liaila out situation for him. He wants Laila out kisi bhi haal main, because she is poisonous, fir Paro not him. She wants him to say it, kisi bhi haal main, because now she wants it only this way... Otherwise how will she believe that he loves her when she leaves, loves her enough to trust her motives, perhaps, even bring her back?
The confusion in their minds hs been portrayed so well, its messing with our heads!

Lovely post Sunara.
I think Parvati has an agenda.
In her angst she is also nurturing Rudra to prepare him for when she leaves.
She wants him to be a better man and grow out of his dark days, to face things, to want better things and learn to know love. She is preparing him to make choices. At the end she hopes he will come for her and bring her home. My POV.

She believes, If you love someone, you have to give them the freedom to choose for him self/her self.

She is very young.. she hasn't seen much of life.. she hasn't ever had much in her life.. so she doesn't know what having too many things for herself is like.. She just always asked for small things.. tiny things to bring her happiness..
For people around her to love her back the way she loves them.. she wanted to belong to someone truly because from the age of 6 when she became an orphan she hasn't belonged to any1 truly nor had she ever had anyone belonging to her only..
And she is asking you major saab.. that is all she is asking from you...

Aap sun raha hai na major saab?

👍🏼 u gave a decent explanation of her confusion... seeing her confusion i got confused as well 😆😕 but u knw what she wants(a confession) is very hard for rudra to give at the moment given the type of person he is... i mean if he confesses to her so soon i will be really surprised😲.. right now rudra's motive is laila bahgao, ghar mai sukh shanti lao😆 his focus is completely on throwing laila out and making paro believe that he dosent love laila at all... m sure the last words he spoke at the very end of the epi were sheer frustation at laila...poor rudra didnt realise paro is not in a state of mind to tolerate such words
