What ever Raman did till now has hidden purpose in it.He speaks one thing at face but he would be planning another beneath it.
Mostly when he kept is always my way attitude.Every one blame him in starting and ends up feeling sorry for misunderstanding Raman .It happened almost every time.
Raman very well know that Mihir will never speak against him for himself.May be mihir thinks he did a big mistake and can't take decisions himself or he wont deserve to make a decision.(may be related to Shagun).
If there is anyone who can make him speak for himself it is MIHIKA.Raman would have understood this by seeing tissuepaper slips he wrote for mihika.
Raman is pressurising him to that extent so he has to speak.Raman knows Mihika will not let anything happen to Mihir once they get married.Mihika is strong enough to fight for him.But raman wants Mihir to fight.
Raman's plan may follow like this
At engagement day Raman may stop engagement by using Trisha and then he will ask Mihika to accept Mihir .But Mihika will not accept as he din't stand for her and there will be little confrontation between Mihika and Mihir and problem would be sorted.
This will increase relation of Raman and Ishita &Raman and Mihika.
Mihika may start respecting Raman ..
