please tell me that you are being sarcastic. orelse i have judged the scene wrong then. but i certainly could not enjoy it as i do with other PaRud scenes. and i felt the intensity was missing. i just want Intense Rudra back at any cost ..

Re: Tilak scene...yes his expressions were really good there...actually the dialogues in this entire scene were good.

i loved this shot. yes the dialogues, especially when she said that rUDRA MUST MAKE HER PROUD EVERYTIME HE FIGHST FOR HIS NATION.

Also I liked the camera-work in the scene when Rudra storms out through the haveli and Paro is running after him...slow motion mein it all looked so grand...although I miss his freestyle waali walk...even then restricted with one hand he was walking so grandly with so much tashan😆

i love the tashan. and yes that is exactly how he walks when he is pissed off or angry. his atitude is something unbeatable, even the way he is so effortless to transform from a tashan mode to that sweet and heavenly smile.

This is the final step in Rudra opening up to her...he's told her about Mala, now he will tell her about Laila...all that is left to reveal then is Mala's identity I guess...lol

Now it remains to be seen what Paro's reaction will be.

The first thing I expect from Paro is to finally show the HURT/ Jealously- please! even is she says 'yeh aapka ateet hai' after that! Second- if she goes into scarificial mode- thinking that she zabardasti came in between the two- then I am - dont know- will blow my fuse again- like every other day?! Third is she leaves him after this- and he thinks she left because of this truth- well- till now what they've shown of Paro as a character- doesnt seem too plausible! Yes there might be a MU- that she leaves and he thinks that she left because of his scandulous past- and he might not go after her anyways- coz anyways he has too much of self disgust and might actually think she's better off without him- a fact he keeps repeating often anyways! The last scenario as you mention- she accepts and then just walks off one fine day without a word- YES- that would be the most dreadful as then Rudra I believe would have, almost whole heartedly started to accept the love he feels for her and trusting her enough to show it to her! That I am DREADING!

Okay, I saw the promo. Honestly, I feel like carving the 'hunch of curiosity' out of my system and bludgeon the crap out of it.

What ever you have written echoes my sentiment about what I witnessed today. Unfortunately, I cannot add anything more to it because I am unaware about the protagonists' character-based arc. (Forgive my ignorance but can I presume that you must have delineated my exact thoughts since I nodded my head in agreement as I was reading your post. I am not a regular viewer. Should get the benefit of doubt, no? 😆)

It made me so happy that you reverted to the post only because you could relate to it. I have always loved discussing anything i felt for fictional characters/shows. and what amazed me more is that you aint a regular viewer but still have briefed out such an intilligent thought.

Some thoughts:-
Two incredibly impressive women dancing their effing heart out to allure a man who looks stupefied! BRAVO!

Because this is exactly 'what we need' to reinforce that no matter how arresting and engaging the female characters might be, they will always have to beguile and ensnare their way into a man's heart. Remind me if we have ever seen a man going out of the so-called conventional way to cajole a woman. (And, forgive me, but I am not talking about the glorified 'stalking' that we are attuned to watching on Indian TV.)

I think you have a point and GENERALLY thats how we defend the female characters. But you know this does not fall at the context of this show. But yes, the CVs always tend to go with the norm, its very rare that we actually see a divergence from the usual trends. And it is also not about how each of the genders being male or female are painted here, for example Paro as complete white and Rudra as grey, but the problem is the justifications they provide which comes out as so absurd.

and i think in hindi shows its a norm that male leads accept anything the female lead says or does irrespective of using their intilligence, RR is a bit different in that case, but yes the essence , they are slowly killing it. thus the rant.

yes thats why i had put the disclaimer as i did not wnat the topic to get lost in accusations and bashings. but now I am ok with it, people are having a nice discussion, and already i have got pretty much more knowledge about the characters.

A lot of people have been asking why is Paro trying to get Rudra to love her when she's planning to leave him. The question did plague me as well. Then I thought of two possibilities. Remember the scene where she tells him to hold her hand so tightly that she wouldn't be able to go? I think she secretly wishes for him to fall in love with her so that he doesn't let her go. Because the old Rudra would have been like , oh you want to go? There's the door baisa. At least that's what she thinks. See Paro right now is in a dilemma. She knows she has to go, but she doesn't want to. Does that make sense? I hope so.

The other thing is , Saurabh Tiwari once said that no character is white, they are all various shades of grey. So far, Paro has been like Tide White. Maybe this is the one greyness in her character? That she is now selfishly hoarding memories but not thinking of the long term effects? On her as well as him.
