We roast it..!!

I haven't had boiled ones..

The ripened one has yellowish insides while the raw one is mostly white...!!

And you should try the kofte..!

They are really tasty..!!

ripened one is the meetha one we eat usually...
raw one, still green, is cooked after a lots of processing as sabzi...
we usually roast the seeds, and then mashed it...
