lovely isn't it? I have been resisting to watch further just so I can watch and write together. In a way experience that staggering intensity for what will seem like the first time as I try to pen it down in words. Won't be enough whatever I write.. Just saw 246 last night. But really really tempted to watch non stop ahead. By the end was literally choking. Sucked into their world oblivious of anything except those two on screen. Had anyone disturbed me at that moment he would have been treated to some serious ASR gussa.

Was Barun already gone by 249 etc? I have to watch closely. But then again I never can figure out BDs as well as you and Sohara. She even managed to identify BD's face in that loud speaker noise scene 😆 .

I was thinking about the song and the lyrics.. Kyu dard hai itna tere ishq mein? rabba ve.. Never could I have thought that they could use the same source and extend it this way.. feels powerful. real. and their acting.. uff.. uff.. uff. Now i think i understand why you all use this word so much.. sometimes all eloquence in the world is just not enough to explain what this show does to me dammit..

honestly, words fail.

i watched 246. almost had heart attack. how terribly well designed was that nonsensical suicide scene... how they contrasted his panicky serious thing with her chaotic goofiness... both though coming from the same emotion. and as time passed it grew denser and denser... so damn much feeling for another person, yet no way to resolve it. extraordinary acting.

i have told myself not to even try to attempt to write everything, because that will never get done. and really, most of it, i can't find words for.

what can become complete melodrama they get so well. the chaos within both are in tune with.

lucky you cannot spot the doubles. they have been used before, but now a lot more.

i think "airport" was his last day of full time shoot at ipk before he left. but for some reason since the terrace in 246, almost all shots where khushi is facing camera and it's from asr's back... it is his double, with that different ear.

even in dhaga, so many shots from the back, i try not to think of it, just look at sanaya.

I can't wait to devour these episodes yet again. And i so get what you mean. The specter of misunderstanding between these two hung over so many many episodes that finally, when so much of it, though not all of it, was said, there was hope that the view would be clearer. But when does that ever happen except on screen, esp in mainstream business, where things have to have to be claered and clarified quickly so we can all get out and make way for the next show, stuffed with popcorn and heavy handed goodness and nice ness. IPK, in that sense, so much closer to reality. Things unsaid. Things still hanging. View gets murky and blurred just when you started to think life is about to be perfect.

The actors, divine. ASR, in this phase, devastatingly hot in all the heat of disillusionment and despair. Khushi, back to her meaty magical old self... both performed with such gravitas, i remember every look even though i haven't seen this phase in god knows how long!

Who to root for, both of course, without a doubt. Quintessential IPK back in business.

Need to go back and live in it soon...

OK.. can some one tells me what is going on here.. 25 pages in 2/3 days.. was there a time machine invented last one week and we all flew back like 6 months back...😆.. wrong time to fall sick looks like..

that in pink was the thing. the whole world is yelling clear mu, because that si what the whole world is used to while viewing anything... three hour shows in which all is explained, cleared, neatly wrapped up and the happily meets ever and after and retires for a beer till the next round. but here... on and on it went... as it happens in reality... and as though there was a hitchcock thing to it all, back in college read of his red herring, the mcguffin... in the end it didn't really matter whether she had or hadn't... he loved her anyway and she loved him anyway... that felt so real... this emotion has something compulsive in it... is that the word i am looking for? even when one is "right" in a battle with the other one, after a point, one has to, must abs give in and pull the other one into ones arms... baat is not about right wrong good bad... baat toh kuch aur hi hai... baat aap ki hai.

unlike a tight sealed movie script, a serial evolves, especially in india, where it changes almost week to week i believe depending on trp and stuff, i have no idea how and why that misunderstanding got told the way it did... but it was curiously satisfying the way it was done.

the fights, the looks, the feelings, the crazy sexual tension... only in real life. it was so not cosmetic, not prettified, not screen friendly. it was what happens in a bedroom... when no one is looking. i love that bedroom of theirs and how they take that space.

ah, all the things that are never said but you hear them murmuring everywhere. it's a relationship dammit.
