When Raghav started to fall for Kalpana.That would have to be after she gave the presentation and won the contract for Singhania and co.

That is substantiated by the Valentines' day article on Times Of India where Zee's programming head mentions that on 14th Feb episode Raghav would start to feel affection for Kalpana.

He used to stay away from Kalpana because deep inside he knew how caring and loving she was and that would make him fall for her and sabotage his revenge strategy.This is shown in the episode right after the presentation fiasco episode.And then in the next episode where Pakhi hurts her leg and is unable to accompany Raghav to Alibaugh and Sammy suggests he take Kalpana with him,he says "Jise paas lana chahta hun wo saath nahin aa rahi aur jise dur karna chahta hun wo aur bhi paas aa rahi hai".That shows Raghav's growing affection for Kalpana.

Affection gets strong after they spend the night together on their way to Alibaugh.That's when he fell in love with her which even Sammy was able to see.
