Sonali was very nicely shown the door by Jigs she left having no choice but to comply with what Jigs was saying as she really wasn't given a chance to speak. Everyone was happy to see her gone, though all were curious to know why this sudden change of heart no one really spoke up as they were too glad with Sonali out of the house.
Adi called Jai to inform him that Sonali was out of the house which was great news for him as he didn't want to have to deal with her upon returning back.
Adi: toh kab ane ka plan hai?
Jai: Adi we'll be leaving in two days I've booked the ticket for Sunday
Adi: So Bani is coming with you
Jai: ya but listen I want you to keep this to you, don't tell anyone at home.
Adi: kyun Jai? Everyone will be very happy to know about this
Jai: Adi she needs some time yaar and I don't want her to feel pressurized on anything, after all she's been through in the last couple of days I think it'll be better if she settles out of this.
Adi: you maybe right, so she wont be staying with us
Jai: haan, so what I need you to do is arrange for an apartment for her, try getting something near Walia towers try getting one at Beunavista talk to Garry Rustom he will be able to get us something there I'm sure.

Adi: but Jai in two days I mean they might be sold out already
Jai: ya, but I think they always keep two or three flats open at all times just talk to him and see if he can do something, money is not an issue and I want you to get it furnished as well.
Adi: ok Jai let me see what I can do
Jai: ok fine, I'll e-mail you the flight details
Adi: ya do that
Jai: Is Massi there?
Adi: haan ek minute abhi deta hoon; he went to her room

Adi: Massi aab toh muskura dijeyeh Munna theek hai apka aaur jaldi hi wapas aa raha hai.
Massi smiled
Adi: acha Massi meh chalta hoon

Adi: baas Massi ek kaam hai woh khatam kar ke aya aap Jigs se keh dena please mujhe abhi nikalna hai warna der hojayegi.
Massi: theek hai meh bata dungi

Jai: haan
Bani: sub kaise hain aaur Massi?
Jai: sub theek hain aaur Massi naraz thee ki pehle toh bina bataye aa gaya aaur phir phone bhi nahi kiya per aab theek hain
Bani feeling guilty 'sorry Jai mere wajeh se tumhe yun sab chor ke ana para'
Jai coming closer I'm not and neither should you be, aaur jab Massi ko pata chalega ki meh kyun aise gaya tha woh bhi bahut khush hongi.
Bani: you think so
Jai: ya, she is going to love you trust me, mujhe toh apni fikar lag rahe hai
She looked at him surprised, 'huh'
Jai: aur nahi toh kya, tumhare ane ke baad meri kaun sunega I hope they wont forget about me, if it were in her hands she would get me married at this second she has been after me for a long time to get married but its all your fault
Bani: my fault? Aab isme meri kya galti hai maine kya kiya?
Jai: hugging her from behind resting his chin on her shoulder in her ears 'mujhe pehle nahi mile na, toh galti tumhari hai, pehle mil jaten toh aab tak humare do bache bhi hote'
Bani was completely red, 'Jai tum pagal ho'
He loved seeing her like this 'hmm playing with her hair nahi deewana hoon tumhare pyaar mein'
Bani: kis flim se chori kiya hai?
Jai: you think this is a movie dialogue
She shook her head in positive
Jai: you're right it is and they both laughed
Jai: so what do you want to do tomorrow our last day here in London since we'll be leaving Sun morning?
Bani: I don't really care, anywhere you want to go
Jai: thanks you're a lot of help, ok lets do this why don't we go do some shopping since we're here and there are loads of places where you can find loads of good stuff.
Bani: ok, though she didn't really want to as she didn't want to buy anything unnecessary with Kunal's credit card but she couldn't refuse him.
Next morning after having a quick bite of breakfast they decided to take the subway instead of a car. The made their first stop at the Piccadilly Circus which is home to some of London's finest shops, Piccadilly is at the centre of West End shoppingand taking photo at the Eros statue is a must for all visitors! After much debate Bani agreed to getting a picture taken at the Eros statue she was very nervous going up there seeing such a big crowd there but Jai held her close until they got their photo taken. When it was finally their turn they walked in front and stood next to the statue.
Photographer: A little closer sir
Jai came closer to her
Photographer: put your arm around Madame sir; Jai gladly followed he liked this photographer.
Bani shyly looked down, Jai told her to relax 'its just a photo he smiled'
Bani hugged him resting her head on his chest, it was perfect the photographer clicked the pic without telling them, it was a natural moment caught.
Photographer: "perfect"
Jai: its done
Photographer: yes sir, have a look and showed it to them on the computer; there was no doubt the photo came out to be very beautiful.
This was going to remain a special picture for since it was their first photo together ever. Jai ordered two copies of the picture and asked them to forward it to his office address.

Next they saw the Big Ben which was on their way one of London's most famous landmarks and immortalised in Disney's "Peter Pan", Big Ben is accurate to one-tenth of a second.

By the time they were done touring the Big Ben and surrounding area it was about 7:00 and they were both hungry so they first went to Harrods Georgian restaurant on Harrod's 4th floor to eat and then explored down to London's most well known store which is regarded as a London institution- it is truly the place where you can find anything.

Jai got her some dresses among other things despite her constant refusal, he was not going to take no for an answer on this he knew she was hesitant because of the money factor but he was not going to let that come between them.
Jai and Bani's day came to an end as they approached the Tower Bridge an instably recognisable landmark, Tower Bridge offers some of the most spectacular views of the city of London. It was a little chilly at night so Jai wrapped his arms around her as they saw the city of London light up from the tower bridge under the spell of dark sky with millions of jittering stars above them.

Part 42
It was finally time to go back home, this time Bani being with him it felt different he was excited on the thought of her being there close to him. For Bani too it was almost like homecoming, she was 8 when they had moved to the U.S and she had not come back ever since, she had vague images of India and knew it through its portrayal in hindi movies. She was excited yet she feared what the future held for her but the fact that Jai was going to be with her assured her no matter what she'll never be alone. With that notion she went to bed for they had to catch a early morning flight.

Next day

Jai was ready so went in Bani's room with his bag in his hand
Jai: so all set
Bani: ya, just about
Jai: ok, well we still have a couple of minutes and sat down, you want to eat something here or want to wait and get it at the airport
Bani: nah its too early to eat I'll eat in the flight, unless you're hungry
Jai: not really, I'll just grab a coffee at the airport.
Bani: ok then lets go
Checking out at the reception they went to the airport. They barely made it on time because of the traffic, rushing in clearing through customs they were guided towards their seats. Sitting down Jai sighed with relief, we almost missed the flight
Bani: I know its all your fault
Jai: my fault how is it my fault, come on I was hungry
Bani: ya when I had said at the hotel that you can eat if you're hungry you said you were not and on the way to the airport suddenly you were starving that we had to divert and stop over to eat and then we got stuck in traffic
Jai: well I didn't know we were going to get stuck in traffic
Bani: but you could've had something at the hotel
Jai: we made it here right
Bani: whatever
They both knew they were being silly but neither of them spoke out their feelings.
Soon an airhostess came serving breakfast 'what would you like sir, mam?'
Jai: nothing thanks
Bani: nothing thanks though she too was hungry now
Jai was upset as she seeing she didn't take anything also and she had not even had anything at the restaurant. He wanted to tell her but the decided against it and went back to flipping through his magazine catching up on the latest business news. After a while he got bored of flipping through the pages he wasn't able to concentrate on reading cause the lady next to him was mad at him, anyhow she looked adorable like this too, he cheeks red with anger arms crossed around her chest, he smiled felt like taking her in his arms.
With a jerk the plane came to a halt waking up Bani who had conveniently slept throughout the flight in Jai's arms resting her head on his chest, opening her eyes she saw another pair of eyes staring at her intently immediately she lowered her eyes.
Jai: Bani agar tum chaho toh uth sakti ho, we've landed in Mumbai with a lazy grin
She tried getting out of his embrace but he pulled her back
Bani: Jai let me go
Jai: no, first give me a smile please I'm sorry giving her a puppy face she smiled 'no I'm sorry I overreacted.'
Jai: that's more like it; he moved his hands out, ok get up yaar people are looking at us for heavens sake we're in a plane. He got punched lightly 'you're so mean but I still love you.'
Needless to say they were the last one's to get out of the plane, coming out of the plane she held Jai's hand as she stepped out on the soil of her land.
She took a deep breath even the air felt so welcoming, they walked through customs to find an anxioulsly waiting Adi.
Seeing Adi there Jai pointed him to Bani 'that's Adi'; she went a little stiff she wasn't expecting to see him there. Feeling her grip tighten around his arm he gently rubbed her back 'relax Bani aaur chalo smiling.' Walking upto Adi he gave him a friendly hug. Bani took an immediate liking for him, he looked slightly older than Jai and came across as a sensitve person.
Adi looking towards Bani 'saale introduce toh karwa'
Jai: saala mat bol yaar milwata hoon na 'Bani this is Adi my very dear friend aur eklauta jija and Adi this is Bani my uh…' Adi laughed 'you mean she is my hone wali bhabhi looking at a red Bani and a blushing Jai. Bani came forward and touched his feet.
Adi: aree yeh kya kar rahi ho Bani
Bani: kyun aap mujhe ashirwaad nahi denge
Adi was happy and surprised approving of Jai's choice, 'ashirwaad ki zarurat toh tumhe parne wali hai toh woh toh zaroor milega kyunki iss ke saath rehna pointing towards Jai koi mazak baat nahi hai.'
Jai: Adi shut up quit scaring her 'don't believe him sweetheart he's lying'
Bani: we'll see but I don't think he's lying
Jai: what is this yaar, atee hi tune mera impression bigar diya
All three of them laughed
Adi: aab yahin khare rahoge ya chalega bhi
Jai: maine jo kaha tha woh kiya
Adi: taking out keys from his pocket yeh le aaur chal
They walked towards the car, Adi was driving the car came to a stop in front of Beunavista.
Coming out of the car Jai opened the door for Bani
Bani: yeh hum kahan aye hain?
Jai: tumhara naya ghar well until we get married that is whispering in her ear.
Adi: not that I'm not enjoying seeing this but can we continue this inside, atleast let her see the place.
They went inside pushing the button for the elevator the got in and came out on the 10th floor. Jai and Bani were following Adi they stopped as he came to an halt in front of a door.
Adi: this is it, looking at him open the door
Jai: got the keys out of his pocket and gave them to Bani
She looked at him with questioning eyes 'meh'
Jai: haan tum 'go on open the door'
With shaking hands she put the key in the keyhole and opened the door.
Bani: Jai I want you to step in first
Jai: no you will
Bani: Jai please
This went on for a few minutes Adi was getting tired of waiting on them so he cleared his throat to remind them of his presence.
Adi: ahmm ahmm I'm still here, and I believe I have a solution to this problem
They both looked at him waiting for his reply they looked at him
Jai: now don't just stand there tell me about that solution you were talking about
Adi coming close to him 'lift her and walk in winking at him'
Jai loved his idea and a sexy grin formed on his face, he slightly bent down and picked her up in his ams 'ahh' she screamed 'Jai kya kar rahe ho put me down more to her embaressment Adi was right there watching which made is so much worse.
Jai : you wanted me to come in first so that's what I'm doing he stepped in through the door into the house Adi turned the lights on, putting her down on her two feet.
"so how do you like it" Jai
Bani: its beautiful but Jai looking around
Adi: glad you liked it else this friend of mine would've had my head in the oven.
Bani: thank you so much, I'm sorry you had to go through all this trouble because of me.
Adi: it was no trouble, I'm glad I could help, now come on go see your house, she looked at Jai he nodded his head, she went further inside exploring her new house.
Jai: so
Adi: so
Jai: what do you think?
Adi: about?
Jai: about Bani ofcourse
Adi: don't let her go Jai she'll be a great addition to our family.
Bani came back after a little bit to see the two of them lazily sitting on the sofa chatting, she sat down next to Jai.
Bani: kuch lenge aap dono? Maine dekha you've stocked up the kitchen pretty well too.
Adi: I hope I didn't miss out on anything.
Bani: nahi eyerything seemed to be there
Adi lookingat his watch 'Jai hume chalna chaiyeh sub ghar per intizaar kar rahe honge.'
Jai: haan chalte hain, will you be ok looking at Bani
Bani: ya Jai you go ahead I'll be fine
Jai: ok well if you need anything give me a call you've my cell number right
Bani: yes I do, now go everyone must be waiting
She turned to Adi 'meh apse kuch puchna chahti thi'
Adi: bolo
Bani: kya meh apko bhaiya bula sakti hoon?
Adi was touched he nodded in approval 'haan aaj se tum mujhe bhaiya bulana'
Bani: thank you
Adi: bhaiya ko thanks nahi kehte, koi bhi baat ho let me know ok
Jai: matlab mera patta saaf
Bani: whatever
Saying bye Adi and Jai went outside, Bani wanted to come down but they told her to rest.
Adi and Jai were waiting for the elevator when Jai 'I think I forgot my cell I'll be right back'
Adi: make it fast
Jai: ya, he rang the bell
Bani: yahan kaun aya hoga? She opened the door to find Jai there , 'tum'
Coming in he closed the door 'haan couldn't leave without this' and claimed her lips in a slow sensual kiss on her soft lips.
Jai: goodnight sweetheart! I love you and left.
Bani her eyes watery 'I love you too Jai, more than you'll ever know' closing the door as she saw him leave.
