Znamo da biste sigurno bili najsreniji kada biste mogli malo na Maldive, ili na Kubu... Ali, budui da je to malo mogue, predlaemo 11 sitnih promena koje moete uvesti u svakodnevicu, i biete sreni, a nita ne kota!

1) SPAVAJTE VIE

Ovo je, po nekim strunjacima, moda i najvaniji korak koji treba da uinite kako biste bili sreniji i zadovoljniji. Normalno vam je dovoljno est ili sedam sati? Probajte da odspavate osam sati.

2) GRLITE SE

Zagrljaj, i, uopte, fiziki dodir, vas trenutno ispunjava zadovoljstvom. Preporuuje se da bar jednom dnevno nekog zagrlite. Ostanite u vrstom zagrljaju desetak sekundi.

3) ZAHVALITE SE

Kad god vam neko uini neku uslugu, bilo malu, bilo veliku, zahvalite mu se. Oseaete se super!.

4) MANITE SE TELEFONA

Makar jedan sat dnevno. Znai, ne uzimajte ga u ruke, ni da biste proverili poruke, ni pozive.

5) ESTITAJTE SEBI
Uputite samoj sebi kompliment na dobroj frizuri, ili estitajte, opet sebi, na dobro obavljenom poslu, na lepo skuvanom ruku...

6) RAZGIBAJTE SE PLEUI

Ako ba ne moete da idete negde redovno na ples, odvojite vreme, kada ste sami u kui, pustite muziku malo jae i 'uskajte, kao nekada, kada ste bili klinka. Radite to to ee.

7) BLEJANJE

Ostavite u rokovniku makar pola sata dnevno za aktivnosti koje volite. U to moe da spada gledanje starih crtanih filmova, serija, ili isto "blejanje". Lezite, ili sedite, i gledajte u prazno.

8) MUZIKA NA TELEFONU

Snimite na telefon neke pesme koje vas inspiriu ili govore o vaem trenutnom raspoloenju (u stilu "I will survive"...) i putajte je na putu do posla. Ako tako neku pesmu sluate uzastopno nekoliko puta, usvojiete njenu poruku nesvesno.

Pijte vie vode.

10) PROVERAVAJTE RAUN SVAKODNEVNO

Ako proveravate stanje na bankovnom raunu, imaete oseaj da bolje vladate vaom finanijskom situacijom. Samim tim, biete oputeniji.

11) DEVOJAKO VEE

Bar jednom nedeljno odredite sebi vee za izlazak sa drugaricama. Bonus: strunjaci kau da i samo iekivanje nekog prijatnog doga'aja pobu'uje sreu.

The Episode starts with Abhay saying lets see whom did Kanha gave her life to. RK lifts the sehra and Abhay is the one who is shocked the most. He can't believe that Rajkumar (also RK) is senior RK"s (Rishabh Kundra) look alike. Madhu looks at Abhay shocked. Bebe asks Abhay what is this bad joke. Abhay says its not a joke, but a game. Madhu is shocked seeing Abhay's anger. Abhay throws the aarti plate. Bebe says are you mad, the one you loved so much and you wanted to marry, you made her marry to a stranger, why, what did you get doing all this. Bebe starts crying. Abhay says I got peace, with the burden of my dad's death, I have suffered 20 years and now she will suffer. Pam smiles.

Madhu steps in the house and looks at him crying. She says you can cheat me, but you can't make me helpless, I will not accept any stranger as my husband, I don't accept this marriage, she asks the pandit to break the marriage as this sindoor and mangalsutra are not lucky for her. Abhay says she is the biggest cheater, her face, her love was all a lie, why Madhubala, Rishabh Kundra's daughter. She is RK's daughter. Bebe and everyone are shocked.

Madhu and Abhay look at each other. Abhay says her dida is RK's mum Radha Kundra. Bebe is shocked again having talked to Radha on phone. Abhay says am I lying Madhubala Kundra. Madhu says my dida will not lie to me. Abhay says you and your dida are liars. Radha asked you not to become a film actress and you dreamed of marrying me, you lied to dida also that you are here. Madhu recalls her words. Abhay says you lied to everyone and framed me in your love, everything is a lie. Madhu says no, I did true love with you. Abhay says if you stand on burning coal and tell the same, I won't believe you.

Abhay says I came Mathura, why did you not let me meet me to your dida, as you knew if I meet her, I will know about you. Mami tells how Madhu's parents died and Didi and she survived. She says Bittu and I were saved as we were in hospital as Sunny was born. She says RK's death was said to be done by Abhay's dad and he also died as he took not take the blame. She says Bittu and I have taken care of our family after much difficulty. Dida wanted to keep you away from the film industry and you lied to her, who did the mistake, you came to work at Abhay's house, we can't bear Abhay's revenge, he is very powerful, he will not leave Bittu, if you go to dida, she will die. She says we don't know you from today, our doors of the house is closed for you. She leaves. Madhu cries looking at Abhay'ss housse.

Nikhil talks to his mum and asks why are you smiling. Pam says so sad for Abhay, he will lose his property, 200 crores will be ours in three days. Nikhil says yes, Abhay will take revenge and we will get money. Madhu thinks about Abhay's words and is shattered. Madhu looks at her mahendi with Abhay's name and shouts crying. She wipes the sindoor.

Precap:
Madhu comes to her room and sees junior RK playing with toys. She is shocked to know he is mentally challenged. RK looks at her and smiles.

Da i meni se dopada celokupna prica,jer kao sto sam pre rekla ja udjem do srzi same radnje,od pocetka razvoj dogadjaja,ono sta je predhodilo tome svemu,pa samim tim taj njihov odnos posle toga kako se razvija..jer ne moze to bum odjednom-onako kako bi mi mozda zeleli,jer sve ima svoje zasto i zato...zato je veoma bitan uvod u pricu tj.njen pocetak...da bi shvatili bolje dalji razvoj situacije.Ja seriju gledam kao sto sam i knjige citala,recimo i lektire tolike obradjivala,da budem neskromna pa da sad kazem,da su zapravo te moje lektire nosane po razredima...

A svemu tome sto sam tako...verovatno je uticalo moje detinjstvo za koje ti ne znas kakvo je bilo...Ukratko.kao dete od 5 god.otac mi je doziveo udes,bio u komi dugo jedva se spasao,od 2000 slucajeva takvih jedan prezivi i to je bio on,ali sa posledicama.te posledice su veoma uticale na odnos sa majkom koji nikad nije bio najbolji,jer nije se ozenio iz ljubavi.To se jos aktiviralo posle udesa..gde ja kao dete dozivljavam razna stanja,bilo mi je zabranjeno mnoogo stosta,nisam mogla kao sva ostala deca se igrati tako vani...i sta sam radila,od malena,prvo sam bezala u svet bajki,procitala sve jer sam sa4- 5 god-otac me naucio citati ,pisati,,racunati ,mnoziti i deliti do 100.

Pre prvog razreda sam napamet znala citanku,bukvar,matematiku,da mi je uciteljica rekla zasto sam uopste u prvom razredu zasto nisam u trecem😆 ziva istina,znas draga ja ne volim pisati o sebi,jer bi zvucala prepotentno,neskromno,ali jednostavno evo sad me povuklo da napisem upravo radi obrade nekog stiva pa i sad same serije.Znaci posle bajki,bukvara citala sam mnoge lektire a i knjige ,sve to pre skole i u osnovnoj skoli,a i posle i dan danas,bilo mi je malo pa sam u gradsku biblioteku isla dizati po par knjiga..a sve to jer nisam imala izbora kao ostala deca😳
