Why this song it's like a plea of a person (just like arnav) who is asking or seeking permission from his lover. Not just asking why she makes him alive but also asking for physical intimacy and want to take ther relation to next level.

As it was already mention in the update that he is a very pragmatic and bitterly realistic and the thing which stuck in my head, he hardly believe in his luck and when luck finally bestow upon him he is still unable to believe that this is really happening.

Though it's raining outside but he is still thirsty for love and care which he is craving for years and no one was there for him or assure him that things will change for good drought will go eventually. And in this update he IS asking from khushi that only she would satisfy his thirst and yearning. So let go all your inhibitions be part of me in every way. Only she is his life line or in other words ONLY HOPE. Today he want to tell her that he love her the most, and the only language he know, thorough his actions (his love has no boundaries he himself not aware of his feeling and intensity).

Tere ehsaasson mein Bheege lamhato mein
Mujhko doobati tishnagi si hain
Teri adao se dilkash khatao se

This stanza actually signifies his mental and emotional state that he was searching for peace for so long and he find that peace and solace only in khushi's company or in her embrace. And now its time for deep and peaceful slumber which he was waiting for so long. He is waiting for this moment for so long and when she reciprocated those feelings and hug him he felt completed in her embrace. He loves her so much that he himself is not aware that how much he loves her.

He might have just become a believer.

For her he comes out of his comfort zone, he proposed her, marry her, ignore rishbh even though uncertainty still there but he tries his best to ignore that issue and believe khushi.

Though I know right now is temporary but I am sure it will be permanent soon) because his pessimistic outlook not letting him enjoying this beautiful journey.

Passion, desire, madness, reciprocation of feeling, love, her awkwardness and shyness, his helplessness and the way khushi remembering each and everything is really really well written.
