Shah Rukh Khan, apart from being a brilliant actor and an entertainer, is also a shrewd businessman. The actor who will soon be seen in Farah Khan's Happy New Year already has big plans for the flick.

Reports are that Srk, who has invested heavily in the film, will sell the movie's distribution rights for nothing less than 200 Cr. Apparently, Shah Rukh has an astute understanding of the market, which is why he hasn't sold the rights of the movie to any corporation yet.

The Break-Up amount is as follows -- Satellite rights amounting to Rs. 75 Cr, Overseas Net Distribution Share Rs. 30 Cr, India's Net Distribution Share Rs. 110 Cr, Film's music Rs. 13 Cr and other rights amounting to Rs.10 Cr.

The amount that will be recovered is Rs. 238 Cr, which will increase if the movie does phenomenally well. The film is set to release on Diwali which will automatically expand business by 15%-20%. Sources say that Shah Rukh will not compromise on the asked amount.

Currently, talks are on with EROS, Fox Star, Viacom18 and Reliance.
