Hello Readers! I have tried to make up the destruction made by me. I don't know how many of you will find it reasonable...i have done my part, bahot socha shayad life mai itna kabhi nahi socha jitna is mess ko clear karne ke liye socha 😆...padhkar decide kariye k whether its convincing and then mujhe bhi batayie 😛
PART TWENTY THREE
Peehu comes from school and she starts narrating her whole day. What she has done, which teacher appreciated her and her fights with Tina.
Priya: aaj bhi jhagda kiya Tina se?
Peehu: usne shuru kiya
Priya sarcastically: meri beti toh bilkul jhagda nahi karti
Peehu: aaj Tina ne na Kush ko bully kiya toh maine jhagda kiya
Priya: Kush? Ye Kush kaun hai?
Peehu: mera new classmate aur mera friend bhi
Priya: tumhara hogaya toh hum lunch kare dadi amma
Peehu laughs: haan
They had their lunch, after lunch Peehu goes to park n Priya to Sid's house to meet Ram. She was thinking k how she'll start her conversation with Ram after showing that much of attitude to him since two days. There Ram buys chocolates for Peehu thinking every child loves chocolates. He was little nervous remembering his first interaction with Peehu.
"ye Peehu toh bahot tezz hai, thoda carefully baat karni hogi"
Priya reaches Sid's house, all excited n nervous to meet Ram.
Ayesha: Priya tum? Yahan kaise aana hua?
Priya: akele thi ghar par toh socha yahan aajao...tum kahin ja rahi ho?
Ayesha: nahi...mai kahan jaogi, mai kahin nahi ja rahi hoon
Priya looks here n there: ghar pe koi nahi hai?
Ayesha: hai na Daijaan...so rahi hai wo
Priya: aur?
Ayesha: Sid office gaya hai
Priya: aur?
Ayesha: mai hoon na
Priya: aur?
Ayesha irritatedly: aur kaun chahiye Priya?
Priya: matlab saare guests chale gaye?
Ayesha: haan chale gaye, yahan rehkar kya karte?
Priya hesitatingly in slow voice: aur Ram?
Ayesha: toh sedhe puchna chahiye tha na, itna kyu ghuma rahi thi?
Priya: wo mai...
Ayesha: wo bhi chale gaye apne ghar, kuch kaam tha kya Ram se?
Priya: nahi...nahi toh, mujhe kya kaam hoga
Ayesha: baitho na mai chai laati hoon
Priya: mai chalti hoon, kuch kaam yaad aagaya...bye
Ayesha: ok...bye
Priya disappointedly goes from there, " Ram toh yahan se chale gaye, ab kaha par milu Ram se...office jao kya? but kya kahungi? Kehna kya hai seedhe chali jaongi"
Priya starts for Ram's office and there Ram was waiting for Ayesha at Park, "ye Ayesha kahan reh gayi, aayie kyu nahi abhi tak?"
Ram dials Ayesha's number.
Ayesha: sorry Ram, mai late hogayi
Ram: jaldi aao warna Peehu chali jayegi
Ayesha: aap usse baat karna shuru kijiye, mai pahonchti hoon
Ram: akele?
Ayesha: haan...bachi hai wo choti si
Ram irritatedly: theek hai
Ayesha: bye
Ram finds Peehu playing with her friends. Ram goes near them n calls Peehu. Peehu comes near him.
Peehu: aap wahin uncle hai na jo meri mumma ko pareshan kar rahe the
Ram with stern smile: haan mai wahi hoon
Peehu folds her hands against her chest: yahan kyu aaye hai aap?
Ram: aapko sorry bolne
Peehu , "it's ok"
Ram: if you dont mind, kya hum kuch baat kar sakte hai?
Peehu thinks for a while n agrees. They sit on a nearby bench to talk.
Ram: mujhe aapki help chahiye?
Peehu: kyu?
Ram: aapki mamma mujhse naraz hai aur mujhe unhe manana hai
Peehu: kyu manana hai?
Ram gritting his teeths but calmly: kyunki wo meri dost hai
Peehu: agar dost hai toh naraz kyu hai aapse?
Ram was losing his temper due to Peehu's questions, "Priya ne isey bilkul apne jaisa bana diya hai, har cheez k details chahiye"
Peehu pulls his shirt, "batayie na"
Ram: maine ek mistake ki thi
Peehu: konsi mistake?
Ram scratches his head: abhi aapko samajh nahi aayega, aap chote ho na
Peehu: ok...aap sach mai mamma ke dost ho?
Ram: haan meri ma
Peehu: mamma ne Peehu ko toh bataya hi nahi?
Ram: so, will you help me?
Peehu: agar mamma ne kaha k aap unke dost ho toh help karungi
Ram thinks, "agar Priya ne kaha k wo mujhe nahi janti toh? No way"
Ram: abhi wo mujhse naraz hai na toh wo kahegi k mai uska dost nahi hoon
Peehu angrily: meri mamma jhoot nahi bolti
Ram: ok, unse puch kar hi help karna
Ram takes out chocolates to give her but she declines saying, "mai strangers se kuch nahi leti"
Ram reasons out, "mai toh stranger nahi hoon na"
Peehu quietly goes from there to join her friends.
"lagta hai Priya ne apna attitude kut kut kar is ladki mai bhara hai, itni si hai par kitni baatein karti hai"
Ram moves towards his car when someone tugs his shirt, he turns n finds Peehu smiling at him.
Ram: kya?
Peehu: kal yahin aana, aaoge na?
Ram smiles: zaroor aaonga
Peehu smiles n joins her friends to play. Ram's lips too curves into smile, "itni buri bhi nahi hai yeh"
Priya reaches Ram's office only to be informed that he is not at office. She thought of calling him by taking his number from Sid but then decides to meet him personally and that was possible tomorrow only.
She reaches home n rested for a while. After Peehu came from park, she made her study then they had their dine and then to bed. They were lying next to each other.
Peehu: mamma ek question hai?
Priya: pucho
Peehu: aap jis uncle ke saath dance kar rahe the wo aapke friend hai?
Priya smiles: haan wo mere friend hai...aap kyu puch rahe ho?
Peehu: phir aap unse kyu gussa the
Priya: mamma unse thoda naraz hai na isiliye
Peehu thinks, "uncle sach bol rahe the"
"aap ye sab kyu puch rahe ho", Priya asks.
Peehu was asleep by then. Priya kisses her forehead n travel back to time when she first saw Peehu.
Next morning, Priya started for Neha's house, she was confident that Sudhir will not seperate Neha n Vikram but still she has some doubts. She was afraid if everything goes wrong, Ram will never forgive her and she can't lose him at any cost. She was on her way when she spots Saumya, her college friend. She last saw her on her marriage four years ago. Saumya was behaving weirdly like a mad on middle of the road and that was drawing crowd towards her. Priya went to her rescue and dispersed the crowd.
Priya: hi saumya, tum theek toh ho na?
Saumya rudely: tum kaun ho?
Priya was shocked but she introducrs herself again as her friend.
Saumya: tum meri dost ho?
Priya: haan mai dost hoon tumhari, tum yahan kuch dhundh rahi hi ho?
Saumya: pata nahi
Priya: koi aaya hai tumhare saath?
Saumya nods her head i negative: nahi maloom
Priya finds her behaviour very strange. She was confused but couldn't understand.
Priya: ok...tumhara ghar kahan hai?
Saumya shouts: mujhe nahi pata
Priya: relax; calm down...tum mere saath chalo
Priya took Saumya to her NGO. Priya searched Saumya's bag to find information but all she could find was some medicines. She waited for Saumya to wake up and as soon as Saumya woke up, she recognised Priya.
Saumya excitedly:Priya tum! Kitne saal baad mil rahi ho
Priya was now going mad with Saumya's behaviour. Saumya, finding herself in new surrounding, questions, "mai yahan kaise?"
Priya explains her whole situation and Saumya thanks her for help. Priya wanted to ask reason for her such behaviour but Saumya asked for food saying she is hungry. Priya arranges food for her and decides to call to Ram in mean time. She realizes that she had forgot her phone in Neha's room. She uses landline but Ram's number was busy continously. She kept trying his number but no use. She goes to check on Saumya and finds her crying. Priya asks reason for her crying.
Saumya: Peehu kahan hai?
Priya confusedly: kaun Peehu?
Saumya cryingly: Peehu meri beti hai, mai usey ghumane le gayi thi
Priya: tumhare saath koi nahi tha
Saumya: mujhe Peehu chahiye
Priya calms her down: let's go to your home shayad Peehu wahi ho; address kya hai tumhare ghar ke
Priya notes down the address and goes along with her to her house. Peehu was not at home, Priya asks neighbours, they says that Saumya took her out for a walk n rest they dont know.
Priya was going mad with all these happenings: Saumya's weird behaviour, she keeps forgetting everything after then Peehu, Saumya's daughter was missing and on top of that there was no one in Saumya's family whose help she can take. What all she could figure out was that Saumya suffers from some memory problem and needs help. She was so frustrated that she wanted to run away but considering that it'll be inhuman, she decides to help Saumya in finding Peehu and then she'll go her way. She asked Saumya about all the possible places where they can find Peehu. Priya looked out for all the places for whole day but she couldn't find Peehu. Exhausted Priya, forgot about everything and drifted to sleep. Next morning, she woke up with a jolt realizing she has to meet Ram. She hurriedly prepared breakfast for herself n Saumya and after assuring Saumya that she'll be back in an hour started for Neha's house. On the way, Priya thought that it'll be unsafe to leave Saumya alone, so she goes back to take Saumya along with her so that she don't go missing again. When she enters the house, she finds Saumya crying. On asking, Saumya informs that she received a call saying Peehu is in hospital. Priya makes a call to that number to get details. She rushes to the hospital with Saumya where nurse take them to the ward where Peehu was being treated. This was the first time Priya saw Peehu,cute little girl lying unconsciously with tubes attached to her tiny palms. The nurse informs them that Peehu was found in the park near the bench where may be in an attempt to get down the bench has ended up hurting herself. Nurse scolds Saumya for her carelessness n asks her why she didn't came for treatment since yesterday. Priya gets to know from nurse that Saumya is suffering from dementia and her treatment is going on in the same hospital. She was strictly asked not to put Peehu's life in danger by taking her out of house but she ended up doing same. Saumya was assigned a nurse for taking care of her n her daughter. Priya was shocked to hear all this, on asking about her husband Nurse informs that "her husband left her n she went into depression which lead to dementia". Priya was feeling very pity for saumya. She decided to take care of Saumya n Peehu.
Priya kept trying Ram's number for umpteenth times but his number was switched off. She dials Neha's landline but no one answered the calls. She couldn't decide what to do, what not to do. She needed Ram n her friends on her side to help Saumya but she couldn't reached them. (Don't worry Ram ka phone kyu band tha wo baad mai zaroor bataungi 😆)
Once she went to Neha's house but couldn't enter the house thinking about how she has broken their trust by lying to them. Her courage died thinking, "pata nahi uncle aunty ne mujhe maaf kiya ya nahi? Agar Neha ki shaadi Vikram se nahi huyi toh mai kaise face karungi Neha ko?" and she went back to home.
Priya admitted Saumya in the best hospital and she took up Peehu's responsibility.in short span of time, peehu was attached to Priya n she started calling her "maa". Saumya always wanted to live longer for her daughter n always be around her, so she was shifted to her home. Priya couldn't take risk of leaving Peehu alone with Saumya as she may harm her unknowingly. Her days were busy with Peehu n Saumya and she has sleepless nights thinking about Ram. She was worried if Ram misunderstood that she left him for silly reason. On other hand she was angry on Ram for not picking her calls. She called his office number but they informed him that he has shifted to Dubai. She took it in a wrong way thinking Ram has misunderstood her and she left her love on destiny. If destined to be together, they'll definitely cross their path. After a year Saumya passed away and Priya took over her Marriage Bureau and her daughter's responsibility completely.
Next morning, Priya was all excited to meet Ram. She decides to go to his office again and today she'll definitely meet him. Ram was nervous thinking what Priya would have told about him to Peehu n what'll be Peehu's decision. He cancelled his all meetings for the day since Ayesha told him that Daijan has agreed to help them and in fact she has fixed his appointment with Priya at sharp 4:00 pm. Ram was happy that today he'll be meeting Priya.
I do have little knowledge of Dementia and depression is one of the causes that leads to it, if anyone finds this wrong they are free to correct me. I don't know maine kitno ko convince kiya hai us 2yrs ke gap ke liye...I hope k almost sabko kiya ho *fingers Crossed* ...please frankly comment karna, it's a request.
