Tat means father's older brother, while kaka is father's younger brother.
So is the feminine for Pitamaha - Pitamahi? As Bhima introduced Ghatotkacha to Kunti? 😆

In BRC, Yudisthir used to address and refer to Dhritarashtra & Gandhari as Jesth pitashree/matashree, but that was wrong - it's only applicable to the eldest wife of your father (e.g. Kunti for Nakul) or eldest husband of your mother (e.g. Yudisthir for Shrutakarman). But it's not applicable for uncles or aunts. In that serial, Pandu, Kunti, Dhristarashtra & Gandhari all would address Bheeshma as Tatshree, not Jesht Pitashree. But Pitamahi - I wonder whether that was correct. Also, Aryaka for Bhima - Kunti's maternal grandfather - I wonder whether Matamaha was correct for that one?

I too wondered if that is right.. also noticed he introduced Yudi and Tatshree and other three as Kakashree.. But Shruti and Cotswolds said both the words mean the same

I never said that they both are same. 😆I am as good an authority on Hindi as Laloo on quantum mechanics.
Dharm is the correct pronunciation i think..🤔Originally posted by: ...Diala...
Is the pronunciation 'Dharam' correct? I believe it is Dharm(a).. I know whilie speaking we use Dharam but yesterday Yudi asked for Darahm Shala 😕
