Yes, I loved that too.. In fact, Vikram's narration started with Lt. Siddhant Thakur, Rajasthan Rifles, Indian Army.. Thankfully got to hear those lines again..
Vikram's dialogues felt as if they have come straight from the minds of the viewers... Similar thoughts and few answers..

YES...I was Sooo Happy to hear these Words ...they are SPECIAL ..!!

Though the way Anurag says ,...has all together Different Aura about it ...
But i was super duper happy to Hear these , as i know we all were expecting Siddhant Thakur to say it One Last Time !!!

Chalo kaise bhi ho ...Mila toh sahi ...
The Words that Define him...!!! ❀️

I was happy with today's episode...Still we didn't get answers to a few important unresolved questions but now we ca give it a pass coz nothing can be done and can appreciate what we got instead !
So, I loved the fact that Vikram explained what Sid exactly went through...THAT HE WAS HUMAN BEING who did wrong but more than that was WRONGED THE MOST !

I loved how the how said the very same thing which i had mentioned in my post that what would have happened if Naaz did't call Imaan on time and RDX got exploded then Imaan and Sartaaj would have been in Sid's place nd would have been termed as terrorists

If Afreen had called Sid before the mission then he too like Imaan and Sartaj would have got a second chance at life, a second chance to rectify his mistake

But TIME AND DESTINY were not in SIDDHANT THAKUR'S FAVOUR as if they had decided ,"ENDING CHANGE NAHI HOGI, JAI KO TOH JANA HI HOGA' aur "JAI CHALA GAYA"😭

Coming back to the point Sid didn't get the chance or the time to rectify his mistake unlike Imaan and Sartaj...I loved how VIKRAM understood this and explained the same thing beautifully

"KAL TAK IMAAN AUR SARTAJ GUNHEGAAR THE AUR AAJ VO JAGAH SIDDHANT NE LE LI HAI"..Beautiful and very meaningful lines πŸ‘

SIddhant did all of this because of his unconditional love for a child...He was not ANTI INDIA , he was pro humanity - TOH KYA VO GALAT THA !

But it was too late for him as people had died...SARTAJ HAD DIED ! He was labelled a TERRORIST ! Such are the ways of world - cruel and tragic 😭

WHAT A TRAGIC CHARACTER SIDDHANT TRULY WAS

As Vikram rightly said "the war is between the establishments and not the people" but at the end who suffer are the SOLDIERS , THEIR FAMILIES AND THE CIVILIANS - IT IS INDEED THE HARD HITTING REALITY

But soldiers will always be ready to protect their NATION

The last scene gave me GOOSEBUMPS - Imaan standing alone beneath the NATIONAL FLAG and then appear SARTAJ AND SIDDHANT (YES LT. SIDDHANT THAKUR RAJASTHAN RIFLES) - SIDDHANT WAS AN INDIAN FROM MIND, BODY AND SOUL! No matter what tag he got his soul remained that of an INDIAN , OF A SOLDIER...SIDDHANT DIDN'T DIE...HE KILLED THE SADIQ WITHIN HIM AND GOT LIBERATED !
All 3 P.O.W.s standing beneath the flag and then Imaan is again shown standing along

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL , TRAGIC , YET A BEFITTING END TO A GREAT SERIES! πŸ‘

After watching this show I feel the way soldiers are always ready to protect their nation ,we as citizens should take the responsibility to protect them , their families and their future

A BIG THANK U TO EACH AND EVERYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SHOW FOR GIVING US A GEM LIKE P.O.W. - IT TRULY WAS A BEAUTIFUL YET HARD HITTING AND A PATH BREAKING SHOW COMPRISING OF THE BEST ENSEMBLE !

TRULY A DREAM SHOW , A DREAM CAST AND A DREAM TEAM !

(P.S. - It was great to have these discussions with you lovely people, will miss doing this every day)

I loved all these epilogue parts. They gave us a better understanding of why these three did what they did. Truth is when you suffer continuously for 17 years, you are bound to lose perspective of right and wrong, they were devoid of happiness and love for so long that when they finally got it they couldn't deal with it, Imaan was an exception. 17 years of imprisonment couldn't eliminate the love he had, but to an extent even he was jaded.

The closure was needed, because we have to put ourselves in someone's shoes to understand why they did what they did. yes what Siddhanth did was wrong. But we have to look past this fact to understand his reasons for it. Stockholm syndrome where one starts to sympathise with their captors, is what happened to him. Imaan and Sartaj never truly experienced the loving side (even though it was only a tool of manipulation by Lala) of Lala, they never met Hussein and they never loved Afreen. This all happened to Siddhanth Thakur. Hussein was the first person in 15 years who gave him unconditional love and when he got taken away, he lost a part of himself.

Sid's salute to the Indian tricolor was genuine, one cannot doubt his love for his country. His fight was against the so called nationalists who trade their soul for money and humanity for terrorism. He chose the wrong way to prove his point though. When you try to fight fire with fire, you are bound to get burned.

Imaan and Sartaj were stopped in time, but for Sid the realization came a little too late, his last dialogue, "Insaniyat Thodi Mehangi Pad Gayi". As they say, we have to pay for our choices, Sid payed with his life. He will be forever remembered as a terrorist and not the the soldier who gave 15 years of his life for his country. That's the bitter truth! Siddhant's life is the very definition of a tragedy.

This show has given us such brilliant dialogues, that choosing the best is impossible for me. But yes Vikram's monologues on the trio have to be up there!! πŸ‘πŸ‘ Kudos to the writer.

This show is the best Indian show I've seen in the past few years. The dialogues, the storylines, the emotions, the actors, I reckon calling it "perfection" won't be wrong!!

Afreen and Shobha's scene was beyond amazing, the two most important women in Sid/Sadiq's life reunited. Their hug 😳😳

Afreen meeting up with the others, esp Harleen. Its so amazingly beautiful how Harleen, a woman who has lost everything, still has the courage to smile and keep living with utmost love for everyone around.

The last 1 minute, Imaan alone in front of the tricolor and then for a millisecond he's joined by his brothers, I choked up in that moment 😭

Cross posting :-

Kuch waqt pehle tak Imaan Khan aur Sartaj Singh galat the, phir woh jagah Siddhant ne le li aur Siddhant ne jo kiya sirf ek bache ke liye kiya...

Ek aise jhoot aur fareb ke behkawe mein aake kiya jisse woh saalon ki quaid ke baad mili do pal ki muskaan bhi samajh nahi paaya..

Uski jung apne mulk se nahi thi, uski jung nafrat se thi, toh kya woh galat tha ??

The people are not at war,the establishments are and who pays the price ?? Soldiers, their families, civilians..

Sid anti India nahi that, par uski wajah se maasum jaanen gayin thi aur isi liye Sid ko ek hi label mila " Terrorist " Koi nahi janta yeh jung yeh jhagde kab rukenge ??

Par mulk ki raksha ke liye Indian soldiers hamesha taiyaar the aur hamesha taiyaar rahenge..

Shahadat pehle bhi hoti thi aage bhi hogi, POWs pehle bhi the age bhi honge, yahi sach hai na galat na sahi .. Sirf kora sach...

Really good dialogues by Vikram in closing of episode.. πŸ‘
