Actor Satyadeep Mishra may have parted ways with wife Aditi Rao Hydari but not all love is lost between the two. Satyadeep recently revealed that the two are close friends, and are very much in touch.
He says, "I don't normally talk about Aditi, and neither does she talk about me. We may live separately but she is still the closest friend I have."
Given the camaraderie that the ex-couple shares, one wonders if there is any likelihood of them doing a movie together. Satyadeep isn't averse to the idea. "Nobody has cast us together yet but I'm sure that it will be fun working with her," he states.
The actor is currently seen playing Iman Khan in the television show, P.O.W. Bandi Yuddh Ke.
Talking about his character, Satyadeep says, "For me, essaying a role is all about putting myself in a person's shoes. I just try and present my version of what I believe the person is. I didn't meet any prisoner of war for my reference."
While the actor has previously starred in mainstream Bollywood movies such as Bombay Velvet and No One Killed Jessica among others, what is it that drew him to television?
The actor explains, "I don't fear being branded as a TV actor. My work transcends mediums. I do not think that people from the film industry will stop working with me because I am a television actor. In fact, I believe that a lot more people may know me after having watched me on television. I am certain that a show like POW will have a large viewership."
