He didn't force anyone to stop watching the serial. It was just a statement uttered by him...'Agar dekh rahe hain toh mat dekhiye'. Even I advise people to stop watching, but the final decision is to be taken by them. 😊

thanks for sharing Shruti.. Mukesh Khanna is the only one to voice against both the recreations of the epic post BRC times I think.. he should be very upset..

btw I feel he is more worried about the dressing and non-dwaparic behaviors of the characters rather than the story & character distortions..

Mukesh ji kind of follows bheeshma ideology in real life too.he doesnot like to compromise with values. I remember him once saying in shaktimaan chhoti chhoti magar moti batein, he spoke against showing violence in tv serials as kids were getting injured by imitating stunts as shown in tv.
btw thanks shruti for the video.I heard his booming voice after a long time. he even mentioned shaktimaan(one of my fav serial as kid)
