I am CONFUSED (PLZ HELP

Hey Guys

I need yr help please, i dont watch LD daily, i mean its now n then sort of a thing, but now I have started to watch it more often.

When i last watched it, the main lead billo got married to the main lead actor because he loved her and all.

Now when i watched it there is this another girl in the drama, who is i believe is first wife and he seems to love her too.

Can sum1 plz plz help me and give me a bit of recap as what happend after billo got married.

abhinav never loved billu ...he is a married man ..his wife is suman (whom u saw as another girl)...suman was suffering from blood cancer and abhinav who loves her madly needs money to cure her... so he trapped billu in his fake love and affection and married her so that she would work for him as LD and bring money for her operation ...billu came to know of all this only after marrying him...she was completely dejected but still decided not to leave him bcoz her kanyadhan was did by her original father ... and abhinav's wife suman was very affectionate to billu and wants her husband to accept billu also as his wife ...so billu also for her good nature wanted to save her at any cost...
