Love is very essential for a perfect relationship. If you don't love, you would not trust, you will never be compatible and without this a relationship doesn't make sense. Love is very important because if you are not bonded together then a relationship wouldn't work. You need to be very much comfortable with each other. There are many words attached to the word 'love' like trust, understanding, empathy, attraction. When you love, you have to accept all the emotions attached to it. A relationship without lust will not survive. You have to be attracted to that person to remain bonded well, so that the relationship keeps moving. I think, lust is as important as love. Jealousy should be kept out of a relationship. It should always be 'we' and not 'I'. If you are in a relationship for years and still feel jealous, that means you are insecure. Your understanding level has to be high. Otherwise, you'll start feeling jealous even when your partner talks to a friend. You start getting aggressive in a relationship whenever there is friction. At such times, its best to remain calm and try not to argue.
