EPISODE 11

Pia asks the doctor about Anand's condition. He says he is fine and now she can meet him. Ratna remembers her meeting with Pia at the hospital. Palomi comes and give her a cup of tea and asks if she did not sleep well. Ratna says may be it was a different place she could not sleep. Palomi tells Ratna that brother told her about Ratna a lot that she is like a free bird. She says brother used to talk a lot about her.

Pia comes and meets Anand. They ask each other how they are. She asks how it all happened. He says he got pain in the chest. At the mean time, Ratna is telling Samaya about Anand calling her when she was heading towards the airport. Ratna says her leaving would be the solution for all the problems and asks him not to call her. She says she has prepared herself very tough to leave and asks him not to make her weak. She disconnects the phone, cries in the cab. Anand calls again she does not take the call. At the mean time, Anand gets the pain in his chest, after sometime Ratna takes the call and hears Anand suffering as the phone was on. Ratna asks the driver to turn back. She tells Samaya that she is taking the evening flight and arrive Delhi. Anand asks Pia who brought her to the hospital. She tells Ratna brought him.

Ratna sees the doll and the doctors report on Pia's pregnancy. She remembers Palomi saying that Pia is pregnant. Ratna remembers Samaya telling her to think about herself as now Anand and Pia are alone, their life is monotonous and that is giving Anand to give some time to Ratna. Once they have a child, Anand would forget her and she would remain alone. Palomi comes to give her a towel to use. She talks about Pia being pregnant and that everybody is happy planning for the child's names and all and that Anand is very happy. She says once Pia's parents are back from the US they will have a big function. Palomi shows her the bathroom and Ratna says is it Pia's. Palomi says I'm asking you only to use bathroom and you are behaving as if I'm asking you to loot Bhabhi's exlusive item.

A guy comes loooking for Palomi and sees Ratna and goes "lattu" Palomi comes and asks when you came Rick? He says 20 years ago and says he just arrived Mumbai. Palomi introduces Ratna and Amrik. He says she can call him anything, even Amy. He says he is Inder (Dolly's husband)'s sister's son and lives in Jalandhar. He was in vacation and just came back. He goes lattu......

In Pia's office, Vashu comes to Karan and offers him coffee and cookies. Karan says he is checking on some details on some account and since Pia did not show up, he was doing her work. Vashu asks where is Pia, he says she has kept the phone off. He says he does not like that whenever she is with Anand she keeps her pohone off. Vashu asks which one he doeds not like. Karan says he is fedup of using Pia's topic to argue with him. He gets mad at her.

Doctor is telling Pia about Anand's cares after the hospital. Ratna is leaving and Anand's parents meet her at the door. She says she would meet Pia at the hospital before she leaves. Ratna tells them that she would come again and Anand's mother asks her not to vanish like before.

At the hospital, the doctor leaves and Palomi and Amrik arrives. They talk and Amrik jokes that it was because of his absence that Anand got sick. Palomi asks Pia to go home. She asks her to take rest and meet Ratna at home. Palomi says her flight was missed so she stayed in Pia's house. Pia asks her where she slept? Palomi says well does that matter? Pia rushes to her home. She gets home and Anand's parents are there. She tells she came to recharge her mobile and take her credit card. She looks for Ratna but she is not around. She asks Anand father about Ratna. He tells her that Ratna said she would be going to the hospital before she left for Delhi.

EPISODE 12

Pia looks around and finds Ratna's watch on her dressing table. Ratna comes to the hospital. Amrik and Palomi are complaining about each other with Anand. Palomi receives a call from her friend Nidhi and some urgency comes. She needs to leave for college immediately otherwise the forms will all go. Anand asks what form she is talking about, she says she'll tell later. She asks Amrik to stay with Anand. Anand asks Palomi to go with Amrik.

Pia leaves in hurry and Anand's dad is surprised to see her behave that way. At the mean time Ratna arrives at the hospital. Palomi asks Ratna to stay until she is back and asks Ratna not to leave Anand alone or Pia would be angry with her. Amrik is again gazing at Ratna and Palomi takes him with her. Amrik's bike breaks down on the road. Amrik asks her to say sorry to his bike. Palomi gets call from Pia and she tells Pia that she is going to college and not to worry and that Ratna is with her. Pia drives faster.

Anand's mother calls Pia to come and eat and Anand's father says she's gone. Dolly brings Anand's cell phone which Inder brought from his car. Dolly says she is tensed about Pia's condition and can't see Pia sad. She says there are 12 missed calls from Ratna to Anand. Anand's mother gets upset and tells her not to interfere. She tells Badtamiz aurat, don't you know it is not good to read others letters and see other's phone. Dolly gets mad and gives Anand's car key and leaves. Anand's father gets angry with his wife that he has been asking to keep away from Dolly all the time and they argue.

Ratna congrates Anand that he did not told her he is going to be a father. Anand says both of them made this mistakes knowing that they were doing mistake and why they are running away. Ratna says if you repeat your mistake after being caught, it is called shamelessness. Anand asks if she would be able to live without him. Ratna says she would try and says maybe the age of their relationship was this short. Anand says don't say that. He asks if they could be friends? Ratna asks if he can see Only a Friend in her?

Pia is lost in thoughts, driving fast, she nearly hits a guy and her car is out of control and her car hits a tree. Karan gets call from Pia and he rushes for her.

Amrik is trying to fix his bike and asks Palomi about Ratna but Palomi already left in a cab to college. But, she is late for the forms.

The policemen are giving trouble to Pia and not letting her go. Karan comes for his rescue and he bribes the policemen and they leave. Karan asks Pia to come in his car and asks his driver to drive Pia's car to hospital as Pia is not in a good state of mind after the accident. Vashu has been following Karan and she sees Pia and Karan together leaving in Karan's car.

Amrik arrives college in his bike but he is gazing at a young teacher behind and driving and his bike hits something.

Ratna says friends can be lovers but love has wings and it can not stay within the limits of friendship. She says it is best that she leaves for everything and everyone including his child. She says goodbye and forwards her hand to shake. Anand shakes his hand and gives her a goodbye hug.

Pia and Karan arrives and see them hugging. Karan feels odd and Pia feels odd that now Karan also knows about it. Unaware of their presence, Ratna and Anand keep on hugging and they realize that there are others also in the room.

EPISODE 13

Ratna leaves the room and Pia follows. Ratna asks if she can explain. Pia gives Ratna her watch and says she left it in her bedroom. Ratna wants to talk but Pia leaves. Anand is back home. Pia asks him to take medicines. She says he should take rest. Anand wants to talk about the hospital incident but Pia says he should take rest. Anand tells that Ratna was leaving. Pia gets angry and says it was a public place and he should have been careful and controlled himself. Anand says sorry and Pia says use sorry as a feeling and not as a lifestyle. She insists that Anand take rest so that the medicine works on him. She says she has saved things to talk that they can talk till mornings.

Ratna gets to Delhi and Samaya meets her. Samaya says her decision may hurt at the moment but in a long run it is the best. Matthew comes and tells Samaya that they would get Ratna out of the mess.

Bhaskar comes to Anand's house and tells him that Batra gave Anand's two big projects to Andrew and he is not to be blamed as Anand had been careless towards his job. Bhaskar asks him to forget Ratna and go ahead with his life with Pia who is pregnant. Anand asks Bhaskar if Ratna called him and if she is fine. Bhaskar tells him that she is not fine and is worried about him. Pia hears it.

Matthew and Samaya tell Ratna that she has been living her past two years only for Anand and she forgot everything else. Award winning writer Ratna could not submit a single story in past two years. Ratna, who was so much into gardening didn't know when the plants changed as her life was only revolving around Anand.

After Bhaskar leaves, Pia asks Anand how he is. Pia wants to talk to Anand but Anand excuses himself and doesn't want to talk and saying not right now, leaves the room.

Karan comes to Vashu's house. Vashu says Pia doesn't live here. Vasu asks where did he go with Pia yesterday. Karan asks if she was spying on him. Karan tells her that if she followed she should have followed till the hospital. He says Anand had an attack and he took Pia to the hospital. Palomi talks about certain YASH to Amrik. Palomi goes on appreciating Yash and Amrik repeats whatever she is saying about him. He says he is only complimenting and Palomi talks about Amrik's likings to mature women. Amrik asks what if he is the last bachelor in the work, Palomi says she would think about it and they both laugh.

Anand thinks over past few days' talks with Pia and Ratna. Anand is restless and tensed. He tells Pia that he has been trying to tell something to Pia. He had to do the decision sooner or later. Finally he has been able to do so as it is for their own good. Pia asks him to talk openly. He says he wants divorce.

EPISODE 14

Pia wakes up. It was in her dream that Anand asked for a divorce. Anand asks if she is all right. She says she is fine and asks Anand if he is leaving for work early. She tells Anand that she will make breakfast for him.

In Ratna's place Samaya is complaining about Matthew being late and him turning off his mobile at home. She says if Matthew loves him then he should understand and it is his problem and not hers. She says she has given ultimatum to Matthew to choose either his wife or her.

Amrik gives the talent hunt form to Palomi. He asks about the girl he saw yesterday. Palomi tells him that she is Swati Sinha, their new lecturer. Palomi scolds Amrik and they flirt with eachother.

Batra is telling Anand that since he could not wait for Anand, he had to give the projects to Andrew and says that he hopes Anand does rest of the project on hand properly. Batra says Anand is talented and he needs him but he should give his 100%. Andrew stops Anand and irritates him by asking where he was all these days, in Delhi?

Ratna has taken out all the gifts that she received from Anand. She wants to return those to him. She and Samaya talk about giving gifts and returning gifts in relationships. Samaya says both of them fell for married men and they got lost in their problems and forgot to appreciate life.

Anand goes to Ratna's empty apartment. Both Ratna and Anand misses each other. Pia calls Anand and asks where is he. He says he is at work. Pia says Bhaskar came from office for his signature. Bummer.. lied again and got caught

Karan gives the presentation file to Vasu and Vasu makes comment that Karan has given extra liberty to Pia and Pia has been neglecting her work. Pia receives call from Karan. Karan asks about Anand and Pia keeps on talking about Anand and he signs. She instructs about what is to be done at work. Karan invites her for their office party in the evening. Pia says since Anand is just back from hospital, her priority is Anand. Vasu asks Karan why his mood is bad, is it because madam is not coming or if the party is not on until madam says yes.

Pia gives gift to Karan on his birthday. She says she would pray that all Anand's wishes come true. Anand remembers celebrating his birthday with Ratna and how he made a missed call to Ratna and Ratna not calling back as she knew he was with Pia. Pia goes inside and Anand makes a call to Ratna. Samaya calls out Ratna as her cell is ringing. Anand disconnects the call as Ratna did not pick up. He leave the room and his cell. Samaya sees that it was Anand who had called. She calls back. and Pia comes and picks up the phone as she sees Kripa calling. Pia asks Kripa what it is about and Samaya says it is not Kripa but Samaya and it is Ratna's phone and tells Pia to ask Anand not to give Ratna any more missed calls. Anand comes to room and asks Pia who it was. She says Kripa and gives the cell to Anand.

EPISODE 15

Ratna yells at Samaya for calling back Anand and telling Pia to tell Anand not to give him miss call. She says it is her problem and Samaya is not her mother to take care of her problems.

Anand looks at his birthday gift that Pia gave. It is a book on architecture. He says thanks to Pia and Pia asks him not to say thanks. He says thanks and says sorry. He wants to talk about the last night's "call" but Pia says let the past be past and lets not talk about it now as it is his birthday.

Dolly tells Palomi's mother about modeling and movies not being a safe place for girls. Palomi's mother tells her that she won't give money for photo shoot and she won't let her do modeling. Palomi gets angry with Dolly and tells her that she is jealous.

Ratna's returned gift mail goes to Anand's office and Andres sees it. He comes to know about "Ratna". He tells the delivery guy to deliver it at home as Anand is at home. The delivery boy takes it to Anand's home and Dolly also sees the package and comes to know about it.

Sara and her husband come to wish Anand. They want party but Pia says she just wants a quiet evening with Anand herself. Sara asks if everything is allright with them as even in her party two of them were discussing something serious. Pia lies that Anand is thinking of quitting the job and starting his own office.

Anand and Pia go to dinner. They have a very good time. They come back home. Pia sees the packet and gets upset and gives it to Anand.

EPISODE 16

Pia is ready to go to work after she took days break because of Anand's illness.

Pia tries to put some sense in Anand's head that every matter starts and finishes. Same way the relationship starts and finishes whether we want or not. She says his relationship with Ratna may be the end of her and Anand's relationship. She says she is aware that Anand didn't got involved with Ratna knowingly to hurt Pia but it is done with and a relationship and it should end too. She says one of his relationship either with Ratna or her should end.

he should finish either his relationship with Ratna or with Pia. She tells Anand to get out of his affair and that a baby is on the way and he should think about it and all.

Samaya is forcing Matthew to pick her and Ratna for the party but Matthew is saying he needs to attend the meeting. Ratna says she doesn't want to go to the party. Matthew and Samaya are trying to get Ratna out of house and go to party. Matthew suggests Ratna to start going out and start on her scripts. Ratna says she is all right and she will take her time.

Pia says she didn't say anything to Anand as it was his birthday. She says he asked her to go to the place where they used to go to celebrate birthday and anniversaries. She says she has been asking to go there but how come he is asking only now. Pia says she feels bad for even Ratna. She says how stoop he could go.. such as writing Kripa's name instead of Ratna's on his cell. God knows what all Samaya said to her about her husband. She says she hates lies and loves her honour. She says because of him god knows how many times she will have to dishonor herself. She asks him to come out of his relationship with Ratna as a baby is also on the way. She asks him better to mend his ways.

Dolly tries to talk to Anand's mom against Pia but Anand's mom warns her not to as Pia is more like a daughter than a daughter-in-law to her. Dolly says Pia is lucky that she has her sister Sara and her husband Mohan. Even Pia's cousin Ratna loves Pia and loves Anand too.

Pia reaches office. She says hi to Vasu but she doesn't answer shakes her head and leaves. She is pressured and irritated from home itself. She goes to office and Dodo tries to make her smile. She comes to know that the party was cancelled because she did not come and Karan said they would do the party when Pia is around and that made Vasu's mood off..

She goes to Vasu and asks her about a file. Vasu says she had only got the file yesterday and now will have to give it to Pia. She says maybe you enjoy snatching. Pia gets irritated and demands an answer. Vasu says Pia knows what she is talking about her. Pia asks her not to involve her in her relationship with Karan. She says she is happy in her marriage and if Karan loves her it is Karan's problem and if Karan doesn't love Vasu, it is Vasu's problem. She yells at her not to involve Pia in hers and Karan's relationship mess.

Yash is doing photo session and Palomi and Amrik arrives. They see the photo session going on. The photographer says he is busy doesn't usually work with newcomers. He says but in her case he can make an exception next month only. She asks about his charges and he says 50,000. Amrik and Palomi look at each other.. 50,000

Anand's mom comes to Anand and tries to talk to him. He says there is no problem and Anand's mom tells him how when he was a kid used to tell her everything and she used to get irritated sometimes but he would not stop, etc. She asks if he and Pia had a fight, Anand says no they are fine. She asks about Pia and he tells that she has gone to work after him forcing her to go. Anand's mom sees the "gifts" from Ratna and like everybody thinks Ratna sent him birthday gifts.

Pia goes to Karan's office and asks him to stop the way things are in the office. She says she has been avoiding the topic but She says she may have to quit if the environment is not changed. She says she is aware of his feelings for her but she doesn't care as she is happy with her life. She literary yells at Karan not to exhibit his feelings.

Yash introduces himself to Palomi but Amrik (he is soo funny and cute) comes in between. Palomi tells him that she is a big fan of his. He offers to drop Palomi and Amrik says not necessary he has a bike, and again says his bike is broken down and he needs ride. They all leave.

Ratna is home alone and checks on her cell phone.. Anand.. She doesn't know what to do.

Anand calls airlines and says he needs to book a flight to Delhi. Pia arrives and asks about the flight tickets. He says he has to to go Banglore for company work. Pia wonders.

EPISODE 17

Starts off with Anand taking a flight to Delhi…. Piya asks him where he is going and Anand tells her that he has to go to Bangalore for some office work. Piya asks him how come he has suddenly to go and he lies to her that some urgent work has come up in Bangalore. Piya is suspicious but does not say anything.

Anand goes to a house and finds it locked from outside. He is perplexed.

Andres is looking for Anand in the office. Bhaskar covers up for him saying he is not well and therefore not coming in to office.

Karan sends flowers to Piya and asks for forgiveness. He convinces Piya that he is truly sorry and he did not intend to hurt her etc. and gets Piya to forgive him. Piya explains to Karan that he must respect the feelings of Vasu and not hurt her. Karan expresses his feelings that he and Vasu are not married, but only going out together and therefore he is not bound to her…Piya asks him to reconsider his thoughts. Piya tells him that she has come in only for a short while as she needs to go back home as Anand is not well…(HUH…. Did not understand that part. Anand just went to Bangalore!!!!!)

Amrik is dreaming about his new prof aka Sushmita Sen in Main hoon naa style… (very cute scene)

Andres calls Anand at home and he is informed by the maid that he has gone to Bangalore for office work.

Anand manages to get to Ratna. Ratna is shocked to find him there. Anand tries to get close to Ratna but she just pushes him away.

Andres goes to meet Anand's mom and asks her about Anand. Mom informs that Anand has gone to Bangalore. Piya enters the room and Mom asks Piya.. Piya is shocked to learn that Anand has not gone to Bangalore but has taken off from office becos he is not well.

Anand tries to convince Ratna about their relationship, but Ratna is not convinced and she informs Anand that he loves both of them and their relationship will never work. Ratna tells him that she cannot share him with Piya… She says that all that's left is the beautiful memories of their relationship.

Piya defends Anand in front of Andres. She makes up a fib that Anand has gone to Bangalore to meet his old doc and some doctor from London who is a specialist in Asthama patients. And that Anand has gone to Bangalore to meet him…

Piya is worried. So is his Mom. As his mom is worried, Piya tells her that Anand is perfectly fine, that he wants to start a new business which is why he has made bahana of doctor and went to Bangalore to do some business developments. And she did not want to tell his office people immediately.

Ratna calls up Piya and tells her that Anand is with her and asks Piya to call him back home and hands over the phone to Anand. Piya is quiet on the phone. She is upset.

EPISODE 18

Anand comes home to find his mom waiting for him. Piya is in her office. Anand keeps trying her cell, but Piya knowing its Anands call refuses to pick up the phone. Karan who comes into Piyas room asks her about the phone, but Piya tells him it's a wrong number and puts her phone off. Karan and Piya discuss Vasu's feelings for Karan and he leaves..

Ratna is in Delhi with an old man, who asks Ratna about Anand. He inquires if Ratnas had a fight with Anand and Ratna puts him off by saying that she and anand are ok. He asks her why anand did not meet him before leaving and Ratna tell shim that she told Anand not to meet him before leaving and Anand had to leave urgently.

Anand is upset that Piya is not picking up the phone.

Anands mom tells him that Piya has told her everything and Anand panicks. He hesitatingly asks her what and she tells him everything about Andrew coming home etc. and the whole story. Anand is relieved.

Anand goes to office and finds out that Andrew has taken over his file and his boss is not happy with his performance.

Piyas computer is not working and she goes to Karans room to do some file download. Karan notices that her eyes are red and Piya just brushes him off. Karan and Piya discuss Karans relation with Vasu and Piya wants him to spend time with Vasu. Karan asks Piya whether it is correct for a person who knows that his heart in not in the relationship to continue the relationship. Piya does not answer, but her mind is working. She calls Anand home and tells him that she wants to discuss something personally with him.

Anand goes home. Piya tells Anand that she wants to discuss their relationship. She wants to discuss the decisions which will affect all their lives. Piya leaves office early informing her collegues.

Vasu is talking to her colleague when Piya is leaving the office and she smiles when she sees Piya leaving. Her colleague asks her why she is so happy and comments that Piya is looking upset. Vasu tells him that Piya is bound to be upset because she, Vasu is happy today. Vasu tells her colleague that Karan has spent a lot of time with her today and not with Piya which is why Piya is upset and she is happy. Her colleague does not understand asks her why she feels so for Piya.. Vasu has a smirk on her face.

Anand as usual does not understand what Piya tells him. Piya elaborates and tells Anand that she was talking about the decisions taken by him, by him and Ratna… Piya wants a decision. Piya asks him whats the route he wants to take..

And Piya tells him " Insaan itna beparwah to nahi.. aur tum uthna bhi nahi, jitna mein tumhe jaanta hoon.." and she asks him to take a decision.

Anand promises to make things fine.. but piya is not convinced. Piya tells him that it is difficult for him and her to take this decision. She tells /anand that she is aware that the two years he spent with Ratna has had its toll on his life and she expects the same in Ratna and she also is in difficulty… and that she cannot take the pain anymore.

Anand wants more time. Piya gives him a month. To get over this… if he gets over it fine, else she will take the decision..

Yipeeeee.. the decision is that of Piya…. Way to go woman… congrats….

EPISODE 19

The episode starts off with Anand coming to the hall where the maid is cleaning and asks her for piya. Theresa, the maid replies that Piya has left very early and she is not at home.

Piya is driving in her car somewhere and she calls Karan.. Karan replies immediately, saying that it is indeed a great morning as it has started with a call from Piya. Piya tells him it is only a coincidence and nothing else. And Karan replies that such pleasant coincidences does not happen too often in his life. Piya wants to meet Karan immediately to give something and that she wants to take an off for a couple of days. Karan reminds her that she has to go to Jaipur the next day for a presentation, but Piya refuses and wants to hand over the presentations to Karan so that he can go. Karan asks her to meet him at their regular coffee shop so that they can meet and discuss.

Ratna is in Samaya's house and she is unable to forget Anand. Samaya and Mathews meet in the garden and Samaya pressurizes Mathews to take a decision soon and Mathews asks her if she is impressed by Ratna in forcing him to take a decision like Anand. Samaya replies that she is not as strong as Ratna and she can never leave him like how Ratna did. Ratna overhears this and is upset. She packs her bags and keeps them ready. Samaya comes there and finds this and asks Ratna about it. Ratna says she is going to dadus house so that she can get over Anand. She says that because she is here, she is free to think of Anand and she wants to go some place where she will be able to forget Anand.

At the coffee shop, Karan tries to talk Piya out of her decision not to go to Jaipur. He tells Piya that small achievements like successful presentations may not matter so much to Piya at this stage, but these things make a difference to life. But Piya is not too wavered by these and insists on Karan going to Jaipur. Karan inquires about Anand and she replies that Anand is fine.

Bhaskar comes to meet Anand at his house. Anands sister is getting ready to go out at that time. The Photographer has invited her for dinner and she asks Amrik to go alongwith her. Anand asks her about the dinner and on her saying that she is going with Amrik, he allows her to go, but is not happy with the dress she is wearing.

Bhaskar asks Anand to be careful, as there were lots of talks about them and this was bound to affect Piya and therefore it is not worth it. Anand is quiet.

Piya comes home then. She sees Amrik and her sis in law outside and asks her about it. She tells them to come home together and not go alone. Amrik promises he will take care of her.

Bhaskar is leaving when Piya comes home. Small pleasantries are exchanged and Bhasker invites them for dinner on Saturday. Piya agrees and leaves final decision to Anand. Anand agrees and Bhaskar leaves. Immediately after Bhaskar leaves, Piya leaves the room. Bhaskar follows her and she goes to their room.

Anands sister is in the restaurant with the photographer. He gets a gift for her and she is unable to stop talking about Amrik. The guy gets a lil irritated with her.

Piya is packing and Anand keeps asking her about it. Piya eventually replies that she is going to Jaipur for a tour. Anand is shocked and asks her why. She replies that that it is official work and asks Anand to give one reason why she should not go. Anand is shocked and quiet. She persists and keeps asking Anand, who remains quiet. Then Piya asks him why cant she go. She says she is confident and can take care of herself. She then tells Anand that Karan is going with her. Anand gets irritated on hearing that. Piya tells him that she knows what she is doing and she can take care of herself and that during the next one month, they will not ask each other any questions or give any unmeaningful answers.

Anand is upset and goes away. Piya is upset and controls her emotions..

EPISODE 20

Piya is in her car heading someplace when she sees the newspapers. There is an article about Anand Mehra responsible for the companys loss. Piya is shocked to read that. Anand is sitting at home and is frustrated. Piya enters the house and sees Anand sitting there. She goes to him, sits next to him and starts behaving very normally with him. Piya jokes that Anand has become very popular with his names coming in the newspapers etc. Aanand asks her whether she did not go for her tour and Piya very charmingly tells him that he does not allow her to go anywhere. Either he falls ill or he does something and gets famous by getting his name in the newspaper. She adds that she is a wife and being a wife is a full time job. (by the way, she was just so adorable when she said that). She says that she cannot afford to be casual about her job, lest he removes her from her job.. (very tongue in cheek indeed). She keeps things very normal, asks Theresa to get them tea etc. and asks her to get cutlets for breakfast.

The bell rings and Anands parents come. His mom, as expected, is agitated. Piya makes light of the situation, but his mom is like fully upset and gets a lil upset to see Piya in a frivolous mood. Piya then offers breakfast to her father in law. His mom offers to make aloo ke parathe for Anand and Piya asks Anand to go and have his bath and get ready for the day.

Anands boss is in his office and he is summoned for a board meeting. Some building which they were constructing has fallen and there is an inquiry and everyone is holding Anand responsible for it. He is upset with Anand and vows to get back at him for putting them in this delicate position.

Anands sis is in the photo shoot with Yash in attendance. The photographer asks her to model different poses and she obliges. Yash also helps out with helping her in the shoot. During the break, the photographer and yash compliment her about her looks etc. She sees Amrik waiting there. Amrik shows her the article about Anand and she excuses herself to leave from there. The photographer asks Yash who that guy is and Yahs replies that roses comes with thorns..

Ratna is jogging with her dadu when her dadu compliments her as to how she never allows any situation to get the better of her. She is on top of every situation and she does not allow anything to affect her. She then gets a call from Mathews who informs her about the news article.

Piya is sitting with her Mom in law and sister. Anand goes to office and bhaskar tells him to be careful. Dolly comes there and as usual starts her taunt. Dolly tells all that there are many talks in the society about Anand. She advices Piya to hang Limbu Mirchi outside her house. She even taunts Piya and tells her that if the man is trobled by the heart, he is bound to slip up in the office. Piya asks her what she meant by that and Dolly tells her that piya knows everything and is just trying to shrug it off under the carpet. Piya is upset and tells Dolly that education is indeed a great boon and had Dolly been educated, she would not have made such crass comments and it is her lack of education which makes her say such things.

Anands mom asks Dolly to leave. Just then, Anands sis enters the hosue. She is in this cut off dress.. Dolly looks at her and tells Anands mom that stories of Anand have already been made public, but it is not too late to prevent stories of other family members from being leaked out.

Ratna is pacing outside her house and is contemplating of calling Anand. Keeps on thinking and looking at her mobile. Anand is with Bhaskar and is telling him that Batra has handed over three projects to Andre and Bhaskar advices him to be cool and collected when talking to Batra. Batra calls Anand into his cabin and Anand goes. Ratna calls Bhaskar on his mobile and asks him about Anand. Bhaskar promises to call her in the evening.

Andre tells Batra that Anand has been using the excuse of his illness for the last two years to keep away from his work. Andre tells Batra that Anand is cheating on his wife with Ratna, cousin of his wife. Anand comes in, hears this and physically assaults Andre. Batra is upset on seeing all this and dismisses Anand from his job. Everyone is shocked except Andre who is happy. Batra asks Anand to go away from there and not come back. Anand shouts at him in anger and leaves.

Yet another situation which could have been handled with poise and grace, yet it spiraled completely out of control thanks to the anger clouding the brain of Anand and his ego which was crushed by Andre and Batra.
