Here's some creative criticism. I like your story from the beginning but I think before you do post some factual stuff, you ought to clear the concepts for yourself. For a very fact, a person CANNOT be arrested under any circumstances without a warrant unless the police has seen the crime live. Also, bail is given only by order of the court for which a person has to apply which you should mention in your next update in case Nandini decides to get herself inside the lockup. That's all. Do take these into consideration because as good as your emotional scenes here have been, the concept is wrong.
