missnaive/tanya.....I have been following this column all the way...i guess this is the limit to ur blindness... forget blindness i dont feel u can appreciate fabulous singing. I have all audios of rahul saxena right from his saregama days. If u have heard classically sung 'Aan milo sajanaa' or for that matter even the latest song he sang in DKD ...'upar khuda ' and 'Lagan lagi' and still u r making these nonsensical comments....i beg of u ...pleaseeee... forgive us......please dont ever try to compare 2 singers and tell it in a forum like this... u will fall flat on ur faces .......what people here are constantly telling u is the depth in the voice of rahul saxena is phenomenal. His singing is flamboyant.. Even Sonu Nigam had said that Rahul Saxena would come in the top 2-3 contestants in Indian idol (and about vaidya he said that he would be in top 10)........forget whatever sonu said..... just open ur ears....try to listen to gr8 music......

He is already singing in 'Jawani Diwani'....and one more film of Farah Khan is due......

One day RAHUL SAXENA's voice will rock the nation.......thats for sure........

Why fight over useless issues? See who is better depends on an individual's taste and we will see who manages to have a more lasting effect and more success. Musically, I find both sound.. but Rahul V has a more soothing and spontaneous kind of effect.

Totally agree with u. Sonu never said that Rahul V shld be in top 3. He said this for Rahul Saxena. Woh aawaz Sonu ki nahi hogi. Rahul Vaidya ne nikali hogi Sonu ki aawaz to get some fans like Tanya. He is expert in mimicry.

Dont be so mean to Rahul Vaidya guys. Rahul Saxena and Rahul Vaidya frankly cannot be compared at all because what one can sing the other cannot. They both have different voices and styles of singing.

Rahul Vaidya's voice is very soothing and with time he will get over his Sonu hangover too. His voice will get more depth as the years go by. He is just 18-19. A boy's voice does change till they are about 23-24. It gets deeper with time.

hey!!! please can u upload sa re ga ma audios someway....i am really desperate for these audios. i have some clippings of Rahul saxena's performances from sa re ga ma pa but i wanted the entire songs....Plz upload them...i will be thankful to u 😳😳

Rahul saxena was 19-20 when he won sa re ga ma pa. he had depth in his voice even then. Sonu started his career at 17 in bewafaa sanam "Acchha seela diya" ,he too had depth in his voice at tht age......Mohd. Rafi was 17 when he sang a song "Suhaani Raat dhal chuki" with tremendous depth, Shreya Ghoshal was 16-17 when she won Sa Re Ga Ma competition. Rahul v is not the only person who is singing at the age of 17. What depth do u mean when u say "it comes with time"?...it doesn't .It is a gifted thing and can be nurtured thru constant riyaaz. No mimicry artist can have depth in his voice.I say this bec. Rahul V does not sing with his own voice, just mimics Sonu.

their only job is to write comments against rahul vadiya...😆 so it doesnt matter wht they write or not..😆

2 things I would like to comment abt:

1. Sonu did say Rahul V should come in Top 3. What do u mean by calling Rahul V a "mimic"? If he sounds as soothing and flowing as Sonu in this age, it speaks for his immense talent. And its a very simple task to diff Rahul and Sonu's voice these days. Now see if u r determined to make them sound similar or bring someone down only to bring ur fav. up, then there is no further argument to be made.

2. Rahul V also has a lot of depth in his voice. Its just that all the variations and notes he renders are so spontaneous that they sound extremely natural. Did u hear his audition song "Saawan beeta jaaye" or "Madhuban mein radhika" which he sang when he was merely 10 yrs old? I dont think there is any question abt not being deep or strong here.

At the end of the day, I like Rahul V, someone else likes Rahul S. Let it be that way, we can all continue to have our favs cant we?
